I don't know if all autozones are this good.But the one down the street for me which is great cause. I could walk there when my car is not running or my truck. This one almost always has the part I need. And they always beat everybody else's price and warranty. I love the warranty.

I went in to purchase a replacement brake light bulb. Roberto assisted me by finding out which bulb then getting it off the shelf for me to buy. He then asked if I was going to put it in? I said no I need to have a mechanic do that for me. He then walked out with me and told me how not to touch the bulb with the fingertips as it shortens the life of the bulb. Something I didn't know. Great info! Then proceeded to take the cover plate off and replace the bulb all the while asking me to step on the brake before he started then again after to make sure it worked. I am so grateful for Roberto's help. He did this all the while with a smile and no complaints!! Kudos my man.. thank you

Awful customer service. I asked the lady with all the tattoos to order an item and I will pick it up she said it would be there at 8 well she ordered to the wrong store I walk there at 8 pm at night to get the item the man says it’s not here I said I was told to come at 8 what do you mean here is my receipt he say it’s at another store so he gets his manager and his manager acts like I’m lying I told him I’m on foot I live around the corner why would I order something that far away so he asks the lady who ordered it she decides to be dishonest in front of him then turns around and says she did order to the right store after I told her karma will deal with her, I have kids I have to get to school and they are making things extra hard the manager says since are sister store has the item we can’t deliver it to this store I told him your sister store only has it because you ordered it to the wrong store why can’t he correct the problem he didn’t even try to correct it just refund her I need the item to fix my car to get my kids to school … I will be calling the corporate office in the morning. I hope they actually deal with the issue it’s hard enough having to walk there and then to be treated like a liar smh ??♀️

Went for a new battery.i don't know the associates name But he didn't hesitate to help my daughter with installing new battery ??my daughter was one satisfied customer.?I would also like to add I go to this particular auto zone for their Great customer service ✨

Bill, a manager at this store was so very helpful over the phone! I had some sincere questions about my pricing and he was able to help me see what the cost was and why I was being charged what I was being charged and it was so helpful. After talking with Bill for just a few minutes, I was educated and enlightened. I Appreciate him so much!

My experience with the store manager KARLA L was very disappointing, she was very rude and didn’t want to warranty my battery even though it was still under the 4 year warranty. She said that I could only warranty it 1 time a year when in the policy it says no such thing . I asked her to show me the policy and she just ignored me and kicked me out of the store. I am i contact with the district manager and I hope you guys never shop at this store again. I will rather drive 10 min to the one on Florida then to deal with this ignorant lady and likes to make her own policy’s . Very dissatisfied.

Julian overextended himself to us and went to great lengths to make sure our mercedes was taken care of. Nicky the manager also went the extra mile to satisfy us. This is some of the best service we have received at any autozone. I will be coming to this autozone from now on!!!

Prices are 3 times the price of ordering the parts online and if you need opinions for parts don't even ask. Workers at best can look up the parts but have no clue about mechanics or problem solving issues with sounds.

Last time i went there i was in search of wiper blades. The kid working pointed out ones that should work. But we wasn't sure well i don't want to buy should work i want to buy it will work. Thanks for the great customer service (NOT) then today i was looking for atm fuses that section was wiped out. Im done i will go to advanced auto from now on to hell with this store and i used to get great service at auto zone.

I was here last night for 1st time, i normally go to the one off close to Lyon n Florida ave, within 6pm looking for an ignition key lock switch for my vehicle. Unfortunately autozone does not have it but a picture they do have which helped me find Unfortunately somewhere else. I loved the quick help I was given here by a young respectful young man whom I would love to thank for his awesome help. I am sorry I did not catch his name but he is young, tall, a bit long hair whom next time I pass by for light bulbs or anything else for my vehicle to get it an give a proper thank u. Thank u again autozone for always providing great customer service.
