Burlington is my go to store & i never had a problem before, but the customer service was not ok at this location , the casher right away was just worried about where i put my cart and asked me to move it out of the way right away. Then I come home to this, a security tag was left on my purchase , taking 25 minutes to cut it & also cutting my finger trying to do it . This was very disappointing I live 35 minutes from this location , wasn’t worth it .

Went to Burlington to shop for shoes...there is no place to sit and try shoes on...I tried while standing, huh what a joke...I had about 6 pair that I liked but only tried on 1 pair...did not buy one pair from this store...shoes are tied together and hard to put them on without sitting down! Hassle!
Even Walmart has a seat to sit on in their shoe department! Have you ever been in a store that sells shoes with no place to sit and try on!!!
I will warn others!
Never shopping at Burlington again!

THIS PLACE IS SO DISFUNCTIONAL ITS SILLY THEY HIRE PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO EVEN PROCESS A FRICKEN LAYAWAY THE CASHIERS ARE OVER WORKED MY CASHIER EXPERIENCE TOOK OVER 45 MINS AND THAT WAS ONLY A PICKUP NOT ONLY DID THE PREVIOUS CASHIER ROB ME OF MY CHANGE, THEY STILL MADE ME TAKE ALL MY RENAINING CASH A DAMM GIFTCARD

Accidentally started to walk out with a shirt, walked back in and said my bad didn't mean to do that, handed it to my wife, walked back out. 10 minutes later we were both kicked out, even though i walked back and told them it was an accident. Staff was rude and insulting. Then my elderly aunt who can barely walk had to go in to buy it for our event. The lady said she kicked me out cause she didn't like my attitude. Would give -100/5 if i could.

I do like this Burlington definitely worth driving anywhere else though even though I found 150$ worth of cute clothes for work and play fitting rooms are never open and no one is friendly or welcoming ever don't expect to any customer service very off putting vibes seen a pair if cute shorts that were H&M brand with a period bloody stain if I seen it I know someone who works there seen it also found a pair of pants with some suspicious stains probably why fitting rooms stay closed...

I want to say that today I went to the store and an American cashier was racist towards a Latino and made a very ugly comment about her checking a Latino's bill because she didn't know what the Latino race was like, being that I was Latina and my daughters, the truth is that I didn't like the comment very much, I really felt bad.

So I love Burlington, however. This Burlington threw me off at how much they tried to get everyone out of the store since 1 hour before. They closed in an hour, and they repeatedly said through the intercom, "Please head your way towards the registers. We will be closing soon." Like wth. Then, at 15min before, they went and told everyone individually that the store is closed and to go to the front. I get it, you want to go home, but damn!

Came this morning around 10 am with my Mom with a positive vibe. We are excited to look at different kinds of stuff until this crew member seems to be in a bad mood, putting the stuff away and stocking. And every area where we are she is there and everytime we tried to look at something she intentionally walk back and forth rudely, makes us feel like we bother her working area. We don't appreciate her attitude, it put us in a bad mood to shop here. She's Sucks!!!
