I had a positive experience with Caliber Collision and its staff during an unfortunate instance. I cannot comment on the price of repairs since the others insurance covered it, but I can speak towards the customer service and quality of work. It’s as if the vehicle was never damaged. And the customer service was excellent!

Doing some rear suspension work (shock replacement) because guess what wasn’t replaced after wheel being hit directly. My rear subframe was replaced and the wrong hardware was used on the right side and also wrong length on my left side. Not allowing the locking part of the nut to engage, see photos. They reused the axel nuts and that’s a big freaken no. My kids primarily ride in this vehicle with my wife. What kind of quality control is this?
