Please know I do not write reviewsI am fairly new to Hemet so have little knowledge of services in the are. On Friday, I paid $40 plus for what I thought would be a good wash and cleaning of my SUV. It was pretty dirty on the inside. Once done, the outside looked and the inside as well. I didn't check the very back. When I was driving the next day, I noticed that the inside of the windshield was not cleaned properly as there was still a film on it, and you could see places that were missed. Today, when loading groceries in the back, I noticed that the back had not been vacuumed. There'sdebris and my dog's hair still there. Granted, there was my husband's walker, a bag with a change of clothes and a sheet I forgot to take out that we leave in the vehicle, so we don't have to load it every time we go somewhere. It would not have been too hard to vacuum by moving it to the side or even removing it from the vehicle and making sure the windows were cleaned. I was very impressed after the first time I brought you my very dirty car that's why I came back. I will come back since there are no other full service carwash places that I know of in Hemet.

Tried this place out since my normal location is under renovation. Place was busy but not too bad, definitely not any busier than I would normally see my place. I was told 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait time for a regular wash...well that ended up being 2hr and 45 min. So for that I would say 2 stars. They also charged an extra $5 to wash a stock 1500 pickup truck. Wouldn't mind the extra charge if it went to the employees but I know that's not the case; so why pay the extra charge for the same amount of product being dispensed. So for that I would say 2 stars. Lastly, I will say the wash was good. The employees appear to work hard and do a good job. Although they moved my seat just to drive it a few feet. The wash was what I would expect so for that I would say 4 stars. Bring us to the 3 star over all rating.

Everything was fine until I got to my car, my rear view mirror was broken and laying on my seat, there was blood smeared on the console and a deep scratch on the drivers side door that wasn't there before, I brought up to the manager who confronted the guy who was the last to work on it, he said it wasn't broken but kept falling off. I did get the rear view mirror replaced and the blood cleaned off. Other than that my car was beautiful. This is the first time I had an issue.

I keep trying to give this place a chance but the last car wash I received left scratches on my paint. I saw the gentleman using dirty used towels but not think much of it. When I parked in a more light exposed lot it was clear as day. Worst car wash I have been to ever.Service: Auto detailing

I have read the many, many, negative reviews for this business. I am sympathetic to many of them; the desk service is not particularly warm & fuzzy.However, my car is always thoroughly clean. Sometimes this means waiting, but I make a point of not going to a carwash when I'm in a hurry.Today, it is 103 degrees in Hemet. These men & women are working in this heat doing a job I don't want to do for myself. I got to sit in a clean lobby that is nicely air conditioned. And again, my car is very clean, & I am quite picky. It's not a cheap car wash, but it is commiserate to the other car washes in the area.Please consider how wretched it would be to have to be in 103 degree weather for any length of time besides lounging on a beach or a pool. Be kind.

Been here a few times, returning and thinking service will be better and cashier won't be as rude. Today, came in and it's close to 100 degree's outside, they close at 5:30 and at 5:20 the rude cashier kicked everyone outside including an older lady (maybe 70's) who could have gotten sick. She never welcomes anyone, acts like customers are a burden, and is never helpful. Mr Muhammad, you have the power to change this for the better. Maybe people will start writing positive reviews.

Unfortunately there is not a minus star, so I had to give them one star. This place is ridicules. I waited over 1 1/2 hours before they even put my car into the machine. The prices are high as well. This is why i hesitated to come here, i guess i was right. Save some cash and just hit the drive-through car wash...

Good luck with older vehicles especially with plastic parts, the hand washing individuals are a little ruff with cleaning older plastic trim since it has a chance of cracking when hard rubbing pressure is applied

The second time here and poor work performed both times. Dirt streaks left on vehicle, not all wax removed, no dressing on tires or steps, and wheels were still dirty and bird shit still on vehicle. I shouldn't have to point out all the details every time or double check the work. It should be done right the first time . I do not recommend this place

This place is awesome. I have been debating repainting my black truck due to hard water stains, and scratches. Car wash depot did an acid treatment to remove the hard water stains and a premium polish to hide/remove the scratches. They returned my vehicle shining like it just got a new paint job. Shout out to Francisco for saving me thousands of dollars on a new paint job.Services: Auto detailing

Horrible horrible horrible the drying service crew is so bad at there job I caught the guy drying my car with the rags he used on. The tires now my windows and car have that shiny ugly coat u can't get rid of never again worst $ 40 spent. This is the worst carwash in Hemet and the most expensive. I will never bring my car here again. The service is the worst including the racist cashier. She was arrogant, and rasist.

Car Wash Depot does a great job. Jose, who I think is the outside manager, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is always friendly, polite, and courteous. He has personally greeted me every time I arrived. Francisco is the gentleman who usually waxes my car. He is meticulous and wants you to be happy with his work, which I always am. After Francisco finishes, Jose comes over to make sure that I'm satisfied. Jose and Francisco not only do a fantastic job, but they really take pride in their work. I highly recommend Car Wash Depot.

Got into an argument with the owner of the car wash. He explained to me that it’s all the employees fault. I told him to take responsibility of ownership over the car wash because they were doing a horrible job. So when my car finally got completed. I saw that my car had gotten keyed . Of course, I will never go back to this place. The prices are too high and you can’t trust people when they key your car and do shoddy work.
