There is only 1 atm outside and the access to the inside atm doesn't work. Always a long line, at least 20 minutes or longer.

Went into this chase today to take care of issues on my account. First Naya helped me and then Terence. Both were extremely professional that made me feel comfortable talking to them and helped me take care of all my issues in a timely manner. Was very impressed with their customer service!

I have a business and personal account with this local Chase branch. They never answer their phone and you have to spend several minutes of robot options just to get phone to ring, only to never have anyone answer. Horrible branch service!

@ChaseBank ....I understand this is a subprime city! However, you are the nation's largest bank. You need to do better! The atms are either broken, don't dispense cash, or are written on with markers. Totally, totally unacceptable!

Management Failure!Went into this bank on west Hemet to do some deposit, a check. I have been using this bank for over the past 9 years. Yes, all through the past 7 years of doing business there, I have never experiences with any difficulty with any of the clerk. They recognized me just as I also know them from our business encounters within the bank branch. However, last year thing changed for the worst, where two of the clerks hassled me about my ID each time I ask for some print out. Even though I entered my security code and provided them my address and name and driver license #. Yet, the clerk will not get me a print out of my account. Still insisted that I produce an ID, which I pulled it out and show him, but he is not satisfied with me just simply show him the ID he wanted to put his hand on it. The clerk the next window stated that she know me and would not ask for ID because I have been doing business there for many years. I requested to speak to a manager. When the manage came and stated in my face that she does not know me and I have to produce an ID. I was surprise to hear that she, the manager, does not know me even though I did many businesses over all those years. How could you do business in such a way? You are in this kind of business to get to know the clients that you work with day after day, and yet you have the audacity to say that you don't know the client who is doing business with your bank for the past 9 years? I hope someone in the management look into this matter before she brings down the business and the good relationship between this bank and the client, like myself.

Neither The outside ATM or the drive thru ATM were working. The card reader to unlock the door for the ATM inside was not working either. No cash available here!

Waited in the drive thru line 20 min to make a deposit. Get the the atm finally and it's not accepting any deposits. A sign at the end of the 12 car line would have been nice especially since this is the 2nd time I made that mistake at this location.
