A bait and switch scam 😡. They solicit you into a storage unit by offering a lower monthly fee, and you agree to pay that rate each month. Once you move your stuff into the unit, they immediately increase your monthly cost. What a joke

Sooooooooooooo expensive and they don’t take your money right away so when you’re on a fixed income its an inconvenience but they make you think they took the payment by sending you a receipt then 5 days later they call with a 30$ late fee stating it was never paid. Then you have to go through your bank to figure out the issue and they have the payment in limbo and it take 5-10 business days for a refund deposit it’s ridiculous!

The management at this location has forced my move out and demonstrated poor customer service and caused me to question and conclude that I can not be the only one. Several times as I entered the facility after office hours th e on site manager would yell out from her living quarters balcony, comments to me that should have been relayed face to face, and privately. Formally to say the least. She would constantly micro manage me and my time while I accessed my unit. One time she yelled at me from her balcony that I been there long enough and I need to leave now! Finally on 8/6/25 she approached me to inform me that I was restricted to only 1 hour to access my unit. I thought that any changes or revisions of contract must be in written notice form. I feel that I wasn't welcomed at this facility and I was forced to rearrange my storage location and vacate due to impossible to meet restrictions. I am a 52 yr old grandfather that suffers from triple hernias and can not afford to hire help to satisfy Jennifer's last minute demands. For those reasons I feel the need to express my dissatisfaction and recommend an updated course in customer service and professionalism.

I can't say enough about the crew at Hemet CubeSmart. I have several storage units and the customer service at this location is top notch.These two definitely deserve a raise and maybe even a company car. Thank you for all your help.
