Well I can’t buy shelf items like over the counter at their register. A weekend person treated me horrible and was super rude. I will not go back on a weekend because of him. The lady pharmacist is a doll and very kind. The staff is really iffy outside of the Pharmacist. Impatient lack smiles. I also can’t pay ahead beside it’s at a target. No good. Also no Delivery. None because it’s target. I’m moving my med to a regular cvs or a mom pop place soon. ? fills are quick. Texting system is good. Phone system is off the chart bad.

CVS PHARMACY IS AWESOME. THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE WERE FAST AND GOT MY MEDS QUICKLY. THEY ALSO KNOW HOW THE MEDS CAN RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. WHETHER IT BE FOR MY DIABETES AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. IVE BEEN GOING TO CVS FOR YEARS. ALWAYS HAVE NOTHING BUT RESPECT FOR THE EMPLOYEES

This is a stocked drug store offers convenience, except when it comes to checking out,we had 6 people in front of me,and still only one register was open,which the checker takes time away from checking people out to help other customers with there long questions.....

Terrible wait will change pharmacy incredible wait and when they do pick up there is no greeting ...all you can hear a female voice telling you there is X number of callers ahead of you and put you right back on Hold...Get more help or do t take any more prescriptions!!!!Send them to WALMART

The pharmacist is looking for a lawsuit. I have been using an asthma drug since 2008 and the doctor called in a refill, but CVS screwed up the prescription and now I am really sick and it is Sunday and doctor office closed. This was a new prescription.

After being put on hold twice without a live person actually acknowledging the call, I drove down there. Filthy store, no visible staff other than at pharmacy counter. Waited to get my prescription because the pharmacist was on a conference call. The person who handed me my prescription had trouble answering basic questions. Left my prescription & will never go back.

Always a long wait line to get prescriptions. Their systems go down often. Also, a quack Dr once prescribed psych meds for a complaint of abdominal pain and these crazy folks actually dispensed them to me without even telling me what they were. Yikes.. That’s scary!

I would rate zero if possible. They sold vitamin water that expired in January of 2021. They also treated my brother with hostility when he went to get his vaccine. If you can avoid this cvs, especially for POC, do so at all costs!!!

I visited this CVS pharmacy for my Covid vaccine, I notice immediately how dirty this store was and how badly it smelled inside. It made me question if I should receive such an important vaccine in such an unsanitary store!?

I go to CVS a lot I use their care rewards and there is a number of locations around Hemet to go to. I went to this location on Thanksgiving Day to get some Christmas toys. When I asked to use the bathroom the cashier told me their restrooms are closed because of COVID. He told me the restrooms have been closed since the start of the pandemic. He then told me I should go next door and use the restrooms at Stater Brothers. These businesses should not be allowed to simply lock their bathrooms and send customers to other stores. This practice is totally unacceptable. Cashier was young Asian(?) guy with long hair , cashier 20 according to the receipt. I did not get his name.
