I have been using CVS pharmacy for many years. I had them in Sun City. I had little to no issues with them then. In 2020, it was a life changing episode. I moved to San Jacinto in September 2020. I then transferred my prescriptions to this store. In the beginning, everything was fine. Then came the year all pharmacies, not just CVS, were telling everyone that pain medication was on backorder.
Okay. That nightmare finally ended.
Now it's 2024. I have not had really any bad experiences with the employees or pharmacists. There was a woman pharmacist who was really friendly and helpful. I don't know if she is still there. In 2023, my car was hit and totaled . For the past 4 or 5 months, one of my sisters would pick up my medications. I have many health issues and take some strong meds. I have been taking pain meds since 1998. In 2002, I was given Xanax. So, I have been on these and many other meds for well over 20 years. Now, back to the pharmacist. The woman would fill my meds. Then, one sister went to pick up my meds. Now, there is a male pharmacist I have never seen. He harassed my sister about my meds. Next month, my other sister goes through the same thing. This goes on until April. My doctor sent in my meds. I check the app to see when they will be ready. On the app, there are some odd things noted. I call speak to the male pharmacist. He has decided that I should not be taking these two meds together. He would not fill them until he spoke to my doctor. He spoke to my doctor. I ended up with a week supply until I could see my doctor. Today, the week is up. I'm told that they will be filled on May 1st by my Doctor office. This pharmacist has been harassing my family, and now he finally scored and screwed up my life. I think he has control issues. He knows nothing about my health or me. If you take any controlled meds, stay away from him. I'm sure tomorrow will be another nightmare going to this pharmacy. Sorry, the post is so long. I really needed to get it out.
So, going from a pharmacy I liked, it is now my current nightmare. STAY AWAY from this CVS unless you're just purchasing aspirin. Actually the store is not horrible, but the pharmacist oh boy. 😬🫣😧👎

Thought I would change to there pharmacy. Tried to call them and no one answered after 12 minutes I just hung up. Don't think that they need new customers.

Don’t ever use this pharmacy or any othe CVS.Online service asks a million questions just for an appointment. Horrible!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked up to a short women that was clearing out boxes and putting things in place and stuff and I asked like any other person, "Hi do you work here?" in a kind voice and a sharp blant "no." as soon as i finished my sentence and i was like uh- and walked away. Very unprofessional .

This is the closest drug store to my house. I went in to get some ginseng, did not see it on the shelve so I ask the pharmacist, which was not busy at the time. He had absolutely No interest in helping me, he pointed and muttered if we have it will be over there... didn't even make eye contact. I will Never spend a dime or set foot in that store ever again. Rite Aid is a lil further but the customer service is worth the drive.
