I just bought a new vehicle I had to register it in cali from a Nevada title. This DMV process has been overhauled since last time I went years ago. This DMV was a treat compared to other visits and other dmvs even. A five minute wait time at lunch was crazy! Thank you hemet DMV! You guys rock.
