“Excellent, I have been to about 3 other Cricket Wireless stores in the area around where I live wanting to purchase a new iPhone. Never felt comfortable at these places because of the sales people. When I walked in this store at Hemet and met the manager, Gonzalo, I knew this was the place I was going to buy my phone. What a nice gentleman and very helpful and knowledgeable about the phones. Excellent customer service.”

Getting the Black 2026 Supra to us was only possible because of them. Dominic helped us secure a car despite the low stock. The color I wanted was so limited but he was the only one who was able to secure it and deliver the next day! He replied quickly, answered all our questions, and was so flexible throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service!
Julian even drove the car to us, an hour and a half away. He delivered it safely, walked us through everything, and made sure all our questions were answered before leaving.

Small location on the corner off Florida in a small Plaza across from Walgreens on one side. A Shell gas station in the other side. Worth the stop!”

“One of the best Cricket Wireless stores I’ve been too hands down. I live in Temecula and always drive out to this location. The Manager and employees are ALWAYS very helpful. They are always so amazing with my kids & my parents. They are elderly and they always open the door for them since they are in a wheelchair. It is rare to encounter someone who tells you that as your acct manager he will help you optimize your business account; then ACTUALLY DOES JUST THAT! His integrity and care for his clients is refreshing, and it is great to know you have someone on your side at the phone company! Like a unicorn, you are not sure if he is for real, but Lo and Behold, he solves your problem, meets with you personally and saves you significant $$ on your acct! (I also believe in Santa a little bit more again as well)”
“Aaron was a great help. He set us up with 2 new phones and got us free tablets to boot! He switched over all our info from our old phones to our new phones and even set up our new tablets so we could use them right away! All the while helping other people while waiting for our stuff to download. He was the only person in the store. Great customer service. Won't go to another store!”
