Good 5 below, a lot of stuff to choose from, they changed half of the store for more girly stuff NO OFFENSE I’m just saying but there still a lot of really good stuff, I would recommend🙂

Thought everything would be below 5 dollars but I was wrong. Plenty of things for prices other than 5 dollars, stuffed animals for 15 and stuff. Clean atmosphere and lost of trinkets.

I like coming into this five below. The employees are always kind and they always make sure to call more checkers if the line is getting long.

I had an unsettling experience at the Five Below store recently. After buying just one drink, the security guard stared at me in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable and then insisted on checking my receipt, even though it was obvious what I had purchased. It felt unnecessary and invasive. As a Middle Eastern person, I couldn’t help but feel targeted, especially since no other customers around me were stopped. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and singled out. I hope management addresses this kind of behavior so that all customers are treated equally and respectfully.

My daughter and I really enjoy shopping at five below.The customer service is really good.They have a wide selection of products.What I don't enjoy, though, is the man who stands at the door and scribbles all over people's receipts constantly giving me a hard time.Because i'm politely asking him do not mark on my receipt.It's for tax purposes, and he sits there and yells at me and scolds me in front of everyone in the store.So for that, I will no longer be shopping at five below.Shame on you, whoever you are guy.The receipt policeIf you don't like your job, go find something else to do.But stop treating customers terribly!!!

Staff was very nice and genuine, that's hard to come by. The store was tidy and well kept, and also seen that customers were putting stuff in random places and the staff were quick to put things back where they belong. That was very nice to see pride in their store.

This store must run on hopes and dreams. Every time I come into this store it is like a store closing or liquidation sale happening. Literally any toy or gadget you want to get now instead of waiting online shipping is out of stock with what I would assume is the section it's supposed to be in EMPTY! Sad to say but most stores in Hemet and San Jacinto have this trend being poorly managed. Like the other reviews said go to Beaumont or else where it will be stocked. Not just this store.

This is the 3rd time I’ve been inside this store and it is thrashed every single time. Unfortunately I ended up using the restroom for the first time today and was escorted to the bathroom happily by an employee and when I entered, it was DISGUSTING. There were paper towels all over the floor, the trash can was overflowing a mile high with poop covered toilet paper right on top as well as dried pee stains on the seat and poop all inside the toilet bowl. The floor has clearly not been mopped in weeks and I was just in awe that the employee escorted me there and saw the mess and didn’t think anything of it. She entered the code on the door and let me in just like that. This is not how we should represent Hemet. Gross.
