I just had a guy, Jay, at this store help me out with information regarding an online shipment that had gone wrong. He had all the information ready and available and had already taken steps to rectify the issue before I had even called. I can not help but give 5 stars for proactive service and just being awesome.

Trading in my old ps4 for an upgrade was a great experience thanks to Luis. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and very fast the stire was busy but he got everyone out of there by himself quickly. True professional!
