About Goodwill Southern California Store & Donation Center
Goodwill Southern California Store & Donation Center is a well-maintained and organized store that offers a variety of good deals, including on new items. The store is rarely crowded, making it easy to browse and find hidden gems, with clear color-coded price tags and special discounts on certain days like Tuesday for seniors and military personnel. The store's staff are generally friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming environment, and the store stays open late enough for emergency shopping needs. Customers appreciate that shopping here supports Goodwill’s mission of providing training and employment opportunities for underrepresented individuals, making every purchase a meaningful contribution. The store is open from 10 am to 9 pm every day, giving ample time for shopping and donations. Donations are welcomed, and staff assist with heavy items, although experiences with some employees vary. While most staff are courteous, there have been reports of rude behavior from some employees, which can affect the shopping experience. The store also offers occasional discounts, such as items ringing up at significantly lower prices, adding a fun element to shopping. Overall, it is a popular destination for bargain hunters who want to find good deals, support a good cause, and enjoy a clean, organized shopping environment. Despite some occasional issues with staff behavior, the store remains a favorite for many customers seeking affordable items and a positive shopping experience.
