Like always best experience since I walk in I get greeted by everyone and my service advisor rigo is always ready to help me and my family with any questions or concerns we may have.

The Tim Moran Chevrolet service department has been the most difficult to deal with, not only dothey rarely answer their calls, but seldom return calls as well, I raised. Y concerns with the service manager, and the next day I called and again no answer, Hard to understand how they remain in business, perhaps by being the only game in town!

My wife and I have purchased 16, YES I SAID 16 cars in the last 6 years from GOSCH. 10/18/25 update. I finally got my wish. I've now purchased 21 vehicles and have made a commercial for Tim Moran!!! Thank you Tim Moran and I would love a ride in the blue Porsche !! Lolo !!

This dealership knowingly sold a used Dodge Ram to my 87 year old Dad, who has memory issues. My Mom made it very clear to the salesperson that he should not be making such a major purchase due to his cognitive issues. Despite her voicing her concerns, the dealership not only moved forward with the sale, but even drove my parents to the bank to get my Dads money— I assume they wanted to rush the process and prevent my parents from backing out.
At the time of purchase, my Dad couldn’t even remember his phone number and was having angry outbursts, which should have raised immediate red flags. Instead, the sale was pushed through without hesitation or concern for his well-being.
Now my Dad is struggling to drive the truck and has had to call the dealership to figure out how to turn the truck off or release the emergency brake — confirming that he should never have been sold this truck in the first place.
This experience has been stressful and very frustrating. I would strongly caution anyone to think twice before doing business here. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

I came all the way from San Fernando area to replace my civic I just recently lost and it was a crazy journey. Thanks to Jacinda, Max and Cole for being super cool through it all and for making it happen they were open to negotiating they made it happen in no time definitely recommend going through this dealer only !

I went in back in February, was told I could not get the car I wanted, had to start small.. that was fine but I Was curious why they kept pushing this car on me but still took it, I was told to bring it in, in 6 months to trade it, I hadn’t even had it 4 full months and it completely broke down, almost causing an accident for us. They even said at one point didn’t feel safe giving the car back to us. They have had it over a month and said there’s nothing wrong with it and trying to give it back to me to drive. They saw there was issues, but they “disappeared “ the service guy Ben has been super helpful but the service manager I think Corey, was supposed to call us 2 times and we never hear back, apparently he’s to busy to help anyone. So now we are stuck with a car payment and car that’s not even drivable since I don’t feel safe in it.
Super Disappointed cause we heard great things about this dealership that’s why we went, but they are just crooks.
