Contacted headstrong about lift for my Tacoma first time Tacoma owner. Ordered a king suspension. They were patient helpful. One of the boxes ended up being wrong item. Headstrong fixed the problem with no hesitation. Great to work with. And always a fast response

They are awesome! I called with some questions about a 5100 kit for my 4runner and they answered all my questions with patience. Their customer service is A+ and you don’t see that anymore with most places. Even answered my emails afterhours. Definitely my favorite local offroad shop!

Ordered a OME suspension kit for my 02 Tacoma. Everything arrived quickly with the exception of a leaf pack that was ‘lost’ by FedEx. Contacted HSOR’s CS and they promptly handled the situation. Communication was excellent. Replacement leaf pack arrived very quickly. Would 100% do business with them again.
