I WILL NEVER COME HERE again! Make sure you get a price upfront and be prepared for them to raise it considerably if you ask for all your nails to be filed to match or ask for your french tips to have even lines. I thought it was standard to expect an even finish with matching nail shape but I’m guessing you get charged the price they have posted on the wall only if you’re ok with mediocrity. The women who had a full set with gel polish before me was charged $40, I was charged $80 for nude powder and white tips (their price list said $50 for pink and white powder and even with an up charge for longer nails, (at CVS for press ons, the length I got is what they call medium) that’s still $30’s more than advertised!! When I questioned her she said it was because of the length and nude powder. So disappointing to have a dishonest nail salon gauge their clients. In this economy they should be trying to retain anyone still treating themselves to a manicure when most have cut out the frills like this. I’ll be looking for an honest salon :(

came to get my ladies feet done, very nice upfront people. please keep in mind that to get a better experience is to upgrade ur service even if it's only a couple bucks because they do a really great job and i paid $35 plus tip

I went to take my sister for her birthday and I asked for advice on how to fix a set of nails that’s were very messed up from the day before from another salon and they said that the best thing to do was to let them grow a little first and then go back when they start falling off which I said ok to but once I sat down for a pedicure I noticed they started talking in an annoyed tone but in Vietnamese so I pulled out my Google translate to check what was being said and they were calling me a character saying that I wasn’t normal and that they know how to talk to people like me and they they called to older ladies “old and tired looking” and saying why are they so close together they’re not normal . They literally talked about every single person that went in there. I cancelled my appointment before I left and told them and everyone else in there what was being said about them and myself.

I went yesterday for the first time with my aunt who has been going for almost 2 years. I went for a pedicure and Heidi did an amazing job!! She was thorough and gentle and was very nice and fun to talk with. My aunt went for a fill and had Sa as usual and she was fun and did an amazing job on my aunts nails. Both ladies are very talented and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend this place.

This place is great! I'm always happy with my nails and pedicure. Sa does an amazing job on my nails and designs. They're professional, friendly and it is a very clean establishment.

I unfortunately had a very negative experience here. I took my mom into hemet nails instead of her regular salon. As soon as we walked in we were off to a bad start. Now I’m not going to write about everything that happened but here’s the main points. First the two women there were not friendly at all. Second, the woman named Sa kept trying to have my mom sit at the nail station then transfer to the pedicure chair even though I had asked twice if I could get my mom situated in the pedicure station to get both nails and toes done in one place. I explained to them before we even sat down that my mom has dementia and mobility problems and that I wanted to get her in one place instead of moving twice. I asked politely and explained politely but Sa still sighed LOUDLY and then finally agreed but made my mom sit at the station furthest from the entrance despite only having one other customer there. I should have left but my mom has a set schedule of her nails getting done and her dementia makes her have difficulty with changes (she knows she gets her nails done every 3 weeks but doesn’t remember where) so I stayed thinking maybe it would get better. I was wrong it got worse. turns out they’re just rude because the woman at the salon (Sa) kept sighing and looking annoyed while I was helping my mom sit down, granted it takes my mom forever to sit down but as I said before there was only one other customer there so it wasn’t like they had other customers waiting. Once my mom is sitting Sa handed me a menu of services and said “basic service here” and jabbed the menu so hard when she pointed I almost dropped it. Sa also got flustered because my mom wanted to keep her jacket on the side table of the chair due to her getting cold easily.l which I explained that to them but Sa said she couldn’t do my moms nails because the jacket would get in the way ? I said no problem, moved it to hang over the back and this lady loudly SIGHED AGAIN! Honestly her demeanor didn’t change until she realized I was getting my mom all the deluxe packages with gel upgrades and designs and eyebrow waxing services totaling well over $120. Now I’d be more understanding of their unpleasant demeanors if my mom was a difficult customer but she is incredibly sweet and always thanks anyone who helps her immensely especially at the hair and nail salon because she loves getting pampered. Normally I have the same services as my mom because this is one of the few ways I have left to bond with her since her dementia has gotten worse but I didn’t want to spend anymore of my money there so I made an excuse to leave plus I was so angry I wanted to cry. Having a parent with dementia is difficult so I enjoy the days we can relax together unfortunately my pampering experience didn’t happen today. My moms nails also did not look cute, they didn’t push back her cuticles, and it looked like they had not done the callous remover I paid for. Crummy attitudes and crummy service. I would rate this place lower if I could.

I'm not sure who is giving these four-star and higher reviews. These photos and reviews must be fake. I came on a Thursday I called on a Saturday morning. Mind you that's only two days I've worn my nails and on the second day I noticed the gel wasn't fully dry inside and it was chipping away. The ladies at the salon knew the gel wasn't drying for my manicure and pedicure, but they kept curing it underneath the light. There are more fingers that look like this. I called them they said to come in which I did and I let them know I don't even live in Hemet. I told them I would like a refund, they started yelling at me and my husband in our face just because I wanted a refund. It was the most disgusting, disturbing and money hungry thing I have ever seen over some nails that they didn't want to refund me for. They stated they don't do refunds but nowhere in their salon stated so they even tried to say that my nails are three days old. How are they three days old if I got them on Thursday and I called Saturday morning, you don't even count the first day you got your nails done. I would definitely not go here go anywhere else but Hemet or San Jacinto nail salons. Maybe there's another nail person there but I keep seeing these two older women and they are so rude and just rather get you in and out.

Most affordable nails in Hemet, definitely call to make an appointment. Only 2 working so unable to accommodate walk ins.

First time going to this location today (11/15) Sa she did my nail new set done the way I asked thin acrylic nice and neat.....Reasonable priced $40 short set with gel shop appearance was nice and clean I will definitely go back when needed.
