Do NOT go here! Walked in and there was only one person inside getting their nails done while the worker/ man was on his phone sitting down. He said they were “full” and wouldn’t be able to accommodate until Monday. I walked in on a Thursday. Looks like you need to book an appointment before coming in. This was my second time coming to this place the first time I just walked in and they took care of me. I wonder what changed! Looks like they are low on headcount and just rude. I liked them because their prices were good but I rather pay the extra bucks than get treated rudely.

Very unwelcoming Environment when you walk through the door. The old man that sits at the front nail station has a nasty attitude. .These nail shops need to have a set price for fill-in, full sets, and pedicures and if it require additional work, then they can let us know higher price but to base a decision on how you look when you walk through the door is not State Board of cosmetology rules and regulations. I wish I was an inspector Not having a 24 inch price list posted is a fine this place issuch a turn off.

Just moved here from Orange County and first time here bad customer service the man was very rude and even seemed racist never have I had such a bad experience at nail salon will never go there again and definitely not recommend it just the looking his face is enough to scare you away I believe was the owner

Go here if you enjoy being treated rudely, these people are very rude maybe instead of yelling at your customers to call your sign should read appointments only. Personally I don't appreciate being treated like garbage, first time shame on you second time shame on me but there will definitely not be a third time. I'll continue to look for a place where they treat their customers with respect .

I can honestly say, Wendy is the best. Have been coming to Hollywood nails for 8 years now. Do my eyebrow waxing with only her as well as my nails and pedicure. She does an AMAZING job. Thanks Wendy ? Make sure to call and make an appointment. When you make an appointment they have more time to give you the best experience.
