We are having our kitchen remodel since April 25 2022 we were told that meanwhile they are working on our kitchen we could use our kitchen they took the sink out on April 25 till now we have no sink can't cook because I don't have a sink they have not finish my kitchen every time we contact someone they never return our calls they give us the runaround never again will I recommend or have a project with Home Depot and they also damaged my wall.

Should have look at my receipt..30 bags of ground cover 8.00 per bag charge me for forty. That's 80.00 they took from me .. garden department

I went in to buy a BBQ GRILL and I got the run around. They have no one that can help you if you have questions about the different ones except a cashier. One cashier at that. Then I was told to take a picture of what I wanted then come back in to ask questions. Then I was told the gardens area was in charge of the BBQ GRILLS. I find a lady and she tells me she's just the water girl and I would have to find someone else. This continued to go on for about 15min of the run around. Nothing was accomplished. Customer service is very different these days.

Do Not BUY APPLIANCES from Home Depot!!!! They do not care about you once they get their money and the product leaves their store!! We bought a brand new refrigerator from them that worked 2 weeks and they will not help us!! They pass you on to the manufacturer and the manufacturer passes you on to sears. We have been living out of an ice chest for a month and still no help! Absolutely disgusted With the store and the their customer service! I Will Not shop there again!

Bought a Whirpool fridge a month ago first week it went out on me stopped getting cold I was back and forth with Whirpool parts were on back order for 4 months went back and forth with home depot from manager to manager finally a break through I guess I dealt with Louis he never wanted to call me back or show his face sent me another manager to talk to me well there picking up there fridge that's basically a paper weight $1700 get a refund had to purchase another one Lucille the salesperson helped me every time I had to go in there she went above and beyond to help me thanks so much great customer service from her if u buy a fridge the first 48 hrs are crutial for a return do your research

I hope the Manager that closed 1-19-2022 gives a good review to the two ladies that took care of my Online Order pick-up. It was late close to closing and I was so confused in how to pick up orders and the one younger attendant lady took her time to say "don't worry sir we got you", and sure enough her co-worker went and got my items that were in the Pick-up Locker for me. So if you are super confused and are disabled these two Home Depot ladies went above and beyond to help me. Please let them know Thank you USN Hemet Ca.

The Home Depot Check In Hemet location has a Outstanding manager/ employee name Luis - he went beyond what i expected to help locate an item i had order. It's not everyday that you receive this type of customer service. Hats off to Luis - he's employee of the year in my book

Home Depot, you have disappointed me. Usually you are ok but today one of your employees cost you about $1000 in sales. She was driving a forklift playing gangster rap and running over your displays in the isle. She was quite rude about clearing out the isle. I suspect she was high or drunk as this behavior shouldn’t be acceptable in a retail environment. Due to her behavior we went down the street and gladly purchased an appliance from your competitor.

This review is solely dedicated to the assistant manager whose name is Luis. I had a big problem with my delivery from the pro desk. I ordered $4000 worth of Trex decking. I got very spotty information or none at all as to when it would be delivered. When I finally got a hold of Luis my nerves were calmed and everything went smoothly. The window I was originally given was 6 AM to 8 PM so I was expected to be on a 14 hour watch for my delivery. I got no information as to when they were coming, so when I called and got a hold of Luis, he gave me constant updates as to what was going on. Finally, he had to break the bad news and tell me that after 14 hours of waiting for my delivery, it was not going to come that day. He personally assured me that it would be delivered the next day and I would be given a narrow time window. The next day, Luis stayed on the job until my delivery arrived just the way he said it would with a narrow time window. In these post Covid times there are lots of problems with service and availability of material for sure. Patience could be tested all over the place as well. It's only an old-school, old-fashioned guy like Mr. Luis that made all of this palatable for me. I hope the company realizes how important this guy is and how much he really gives a damn and I mean really really really gives a damn about customers as human beings. I have never encountered in all my time on the planet a guy who cares as much about the people he's serving as Luis. Thank you Luis you saved a one star review for Home Depot and turned it into a five. I've been a customer for over 35 years so I would much rather give a five star review and that's solely due to you!!

I've been here a few time since Prior to moving out here. This store is always busy. So far I've had good experiences. Today I came to get some paint for some improvement projects. I bought paint here today. They have a large selection of bear and other paint brand products. The lady who helped me in the paint department didn't catch her name but she was really nice. She explain to me what type of paint they have. She was super helpful and I was inn and out pretty fast. I'll definitely be coming back for more supplies for future Projects.

As a business owner and an individual who spends between 150 and $200,000 a year at Home Depot I think it is extremely important to maintain a customer service friendly atmosphere.... This morning I went to another Home Depot because this one did not have the tool boxes and shelves I needed (said they did on line). The other store is far away and not convenient. While I was there I asked him to cut me some chain. I told him the size and pointed out which one. When I got home I realized they had given me the wrong size. I went to take the chain back to the Home Depot closest to me (here in Hemet) and I was told they could not return it because it is against their policy since the chain was cut. I explain to them what happened and they said I'm sorry I can't do that it's against our policy. When I ask what I should do with it they told me to take it back to the store I purchased it from. This doesn't seem like a very customer service friendly store.

My husband and I went into the store to purchase quite a few things for a new business venture in town. We came across an associate named Lucinda... omg. Lucinda is not only an employee working at a job... she showed an exemplary knowledge of all things home depot had to offer. She set the bar high when it comes to customer service. Her expertise , knowledge and professionalism is so very much appreciated .

My mother recently lost her husband and relocated back home to CA, coming from across the country she has to set up a whole new life here. We came to a Home Depot around 7pm 7/17/21 to purchase a washer and dryer set. We waited for the older gentleman covering that area to finish assisting the customer he was with so we could ask a few questions and set up delivery. He took us to a set that was $300 over the price of the ones we were looking at (for each unit...). Another customer came up as we debated the benefit of this price increase and the associate just walked away without excusing himself, without any communication, and went to work with the other customer. We stood there waiting for him to return so we could purchase the washer/dryer. When it was clear he was not going to assist us we took pictures of the units and left to find them online where the customer service, sadly, will be better.

Terrible delivery system I signed up for text updates and did not get a single one I was out running errands when they called me they said they would be there in 10 minutes I was 30 minutes away . Home Depot has the worst delivery employees .
