Employees (especially the older women) here are extremely rude and don’t even have the decency to provide customer service. My wife and I have come here for years and employees always give us dirty looks for no apparent reason.

I've been here twice, both with good experiences. The staff here is so sweet, my husband and I came in looking to make headbands. The stores was organized and clean, it was not hard to find the fabric we needed. We were able to easily have someone cut the fabric. When we asked her about embroidery she connected us with a staff member who spent about 30 minutes talking to us about embroidery, guiding us to the thread section and she explained the best thread to use vs which wouldn't work on a machine, and recommended which machine might work best if its something we wanted. She helped guide our project in the right direction. When there was something she didn't know she would radio someone else for help and gave us great advice. I didn't catch their names but they were 2 very sweet elderly lady's

All of the people that leave a review stating about how disgusting this store is, how rude the staff is, and how lazy the staff is and how there is freight all over the store and difficult it is to shop and the store is always out of product, Is True. I currently work here. The staff is an utter an total complete joke. Every time I ask for help to help a customer no one responds to me on the head set. Some associate is always stating What They Don't Do, I don't put away freight, I don't work Truck, I don't work the register. It is not just lack of hours that explains why this store is so disgusting it's the Staff. The bathroom are Disgusting. I cleaned the bathroom twice in two months I saw these lazy ladies on the staff will take advantage of a person that works hard. I told John the new Store Manager that I will not be cleaning the bathrooms again. John can clean the bathrooms. He just sweeps the store floor even though we have people come in the store that do that and taks empty light boxes to the back of the store. The Customers that are Regulars are Disgusting People As Well. Only 5% of you are nice. The Regulars Expect Me to Give Them Discount on Top of Discount. If you are Broke Just Say That. That is why this store doesn't get a lot of hours because you broke entitled women that "shop" here want all your Fabric for Free. Even the staff act like that. Debbie and her friends come in and are always haggling the price of a product. Why does Debbie act like that she works here and gets a Discount on products in the store.

Huge waste of time, store felt claustrophobic and very disorganized. Unfriendly staff, I had the feeling every question was one too many asked. Big cardboards on the floor, trip and fall hazard for any guest.

Highly disappointed in this store. Hugely disorganized, boxes and stuff everywhere. Yarn section a total nightmare. Asked for a certain yarn and the reply was "we don't know what's in those boxes". Staff was indifferent at best. Coming here was a colossal waste of my time. Won't be back.
