I don't really care for this salon. Some of the technicians are rude. The air circulation is poor. They charge $10 for gel polish. And parking is terrible.

Very bad job, just only they want to do fast job's they get another customer,
And bad attitude with the customer, everytime they getting worse, that's what happened with ather people front of me.
Don't go to this place, and I'm not going back again.

My friend and I came here …I called before and asked if they can take 2 people. When we got there They took my friend but I waited over an hour and half to get called to a table and then waited another 30 mins there. I kept asking when it was my turn as I saw other people who got there before me , get seen first.
I stood up to walk out and they said they’d do me.
I showed a picture of what I wanted and said I wanted a GEL MANICURE.
I saw the lady pull a bowl from under the sink and add a pump of hand soap in there to soak my hands in. I was disgusted when I saw another employee finish soaking someone in the same type of bowls … the rinsed it with just water for like 1 second then put it back under the sink. That means they don’t sanitize and they just put the bowls back to be reused. Disgusting !!!
Employees don’t wear gloves either and they touch you directly skin to skin, without washing hands between clients. They do that nasty thing where they stick their nails between your nail and skin to clean you.
Anyway a lady began to clean my cuticles and she made my pinky bleed. She didn’t apologize or try to clean it. I asked if she had alcohol to clean it and she pointed to this nasty, dried up , hard and yellow hand sanitizer she had to her side.
I did not use the hand sanitizer.
Then she sends me to this man and I showed the design I wanted. They decide to charge me 19 dollars extra for this design.
I’m disgusted !! It’s nothing like I wanted and it looks like a toddler did it.
Never again will we return to this place.
I’m attaching what I wanted Vs what I got .
Also this manicure I guess only included getting my cuticles cut which took like 3 minutes and after he painted my nails all he did was rub lotion on my hands for like 1 minute. And that’s suppose to be a manicure experience ?
I paid $48 for this mess.
Never again.
My friend hated her experience too.

Everything I need a self pick me up, of course besides other good things I reward myself, I run to Mary, after she does my pedi and I get my eyebrows done from feeling "Who man" to feeling like WOMAN again, thank you Mary, Lisa you always do a great job.
