DONT COME HERE UNLESS U WANT EYEBROW MESSED UP absolutely terrible I had asked for something specific and the lady did the opposite. leaving me bald on half of my eyebrow and then after saying there, I think that’s good enough. I told her that’s not what i asked for and she so ohh and didn’t do nothing gaslite me no discount and i was so mad literally she left me looking crazy don’t come here

Very disappointed I always come here they hired a new girl who did my eyebrows I looked on my bank app she charged me 18$ instead of 15$ when I called the owner said she can’t do nothing about it . They already barely get business so they just lost another customer, highly recommend don’t come here they’re probably starting to scam because they are not getting any business 👎🏼

Very disappointed today. Lacking greatly in customer service. The woman behind the counter did not ask me what I needed, why I was there, or what services they offered. She did not even stand up from her resting position on the counter to address me or welcome me. I began asking questions and was getting one word answers. Right there on the spot I knew I was not going to patronize this location. Finally, another woman who had been seated in a chair, tried to fill me in on what their services were, but the cash register was down so I had to pay cash only. I went to the brow, studio a couple of blocks away and got amazing customer service.

I have been going here for 12 years. Throughout the years, I have had some great service along with some okay service. But this right here is unforgivable. Worst eyebrow job of my life. They have a new person who does not know how to do eyebrows at all. She balded the top of my eyebrow and painted my skin to cover it up.

Ritu is my go to for my eyebrows she does amazing every time and knows them so well . She takes care of me and has a light hand when doing so. All the other ladies are every sweet too ! I always see her every 2 weeks to maintain and keep my eyebrowst looking nice everyone !Service: Eyebrow shaping

Mausmi cleaned up my brows and gave them an elegant but natural shape - and largely kept the volume that I wanted - after I had let them go for too long. Took care of other annoying facial hair issues too. Can't recommend enough!

Great place.... found it because my other place was closed at the time and I was looking for a nearby threading place.So glad! This is my new place to go! I have seen 2 different threaders and they have been amazing!
