Wow !!! I’m impressed!!! Very clean and organized! Even the clearance section was well organized. Great job for who ever is keeping it clean! Cashier was meh ok. But the lady who took our cart when leaving was amazing ! Smiled and friendly. 4 stars because of the cashier.

The store’s very nice-looking and has a good environment. When I came to Marshall’s a little after noon on 2/25, the customer service was amazing. The generous lady at checkout was so incredibly friendly—I wish I got her name but she’s African American and is like average height. She helped me with my return, made the process very easy, and was so sweet about it. Even though I was missing some things and didn’t know how it worked, she was very patient and genuine with me. I’m grateful for her and she made my experience at Marshall’s that much better. There was also a nice lady that was in at the same time with red dyed hair. She was very nice, too.

Let me start bye saying.I've been a loyal customer at Marshalls for years at the last location and the new one.As I walked into the store with my girlfriend I was immediately being stared at bye a few employees that looked like security guards but I just brushed it off. As I was looking at squishmallows for my niece I was being approached by a black man in a tactical vest big dude about 6"2 250 pounds comes right behind me literally breathing down my back talking on his radio saying cover all exits. I looked around and there was now 2 of them no other customers around it was obviously towards me I felt so uncomfortable I went straight to my girlfriend and left the store being followed 3 feet away the whole rest of the time. As I was close to the door this prick says have a goodnight. The audacity of this man treating me like a thief the moment I came into the store is probably why people are saying there's no lines here.ITS CAUSE U HAVE A 250 POUND BLACK MAN FOLLOWING ME. I will never shop here again. And neither will my friends and family I'm telling everyone who will listen about my experience at this Marshalls!!!!
