Delivery men had alcohol smell and store has zero return policy.The salesman was nice.

Does not honor warranties. Bought a bed from here with a 10 year warranty had some problems with the bed so I called about my warranty and Jim claimed he'd look into it and help me out and I've never heard back from him and he has never returned any of my calls. Why buy a bed with warranty if the business can not even honor it.

I want to note that I am only doing a 1 star because I am unable to do less. So my daughter, her boyfriend and I walked into this business today and were greeted by an elder woman. There was another woman in the store that appeared to be sleeping in one of the beds. We were searching for a bed for my daughter and wanted to check out the Mattress stores in town. We told her that we were not looking for an expensive bed and she showed us a bed that was 1500 dollars. Not a big deal because beds are pricy. The problem is that not one single item in that place has a price on it. I felt she was making up numbers as we browsed. I know this can happen anywhere and that's not the reason for this review. The woman showed us another bed and my daughter was pushing on the mattress with her hands. The woman then states, "you're like the Mexicans that come in here with their kids and start punching on my mattresses. Just lay on it so you can feel what it feels like." At first I wasn't sure I heard her correctly but my daughter made eye contact with me and I knew I heard correctly. This was so very offensive and even more so because we are half Mexican! We thanked her and walked out of the store. Please do not give this place your business. Another potential customer stated that he left the store after she made racial statements about her Jewish boss and some more about "the Mexicans." I am disgusted with this woman and urge people to please go elsewhere.

i purchased two items 1. rize adj bed quamtium plush lady belle mattress. i did not receieve the right mattress instead of what i order, was told that the top cover of the qplush was nolonger avaible however was told that the mattress quality will be of the qplush mattress it was not . its now been little less of 30 days call night of delivery, left message call following spoke with whom i purchase items .nothing but excuses for 2-3 weeks finanlly i was given the owners number left several meassges no respones. im angry because these particualy mattress are spinal care thats why i got it.i have medical issues that requaire comfort not more pain. also paid in full ,their contract fagely address full payments refunds or replacements within a certain time frame. still working on a resolution............not a happy customer..........

I just moved to hemet .Needed a mattress same day. Nothing in store was firm enough. BARBARA called and found a mattress that was perfect and had it brought to store for me.got my bed same day. I love it. She imwas very nice and so sweet thanks for going over and above.

Bought a bed from here and was supposed to receive a headboard. Never received a headboard. I've been getting the runaround 4 weeks. This time when I spoke with her on the phone she told me that she's not going to deal with me anymore and hung up on me.

Here now and the hours are from 10 to 7 Mon - Sat and its Saturday @ 11:00 and no one is here. The door has a lock on it. Lost my business for 2 matresses.

Horrible woman Barbara runs this store. Rude and mean. I would never shop with her. She will sell you a rebuilt mattress as a new one.
