Don’t shop here!!!!! I went in and asked about promotion I seen where you transfer your phone number from a different company and can get a free iPhone 11 or a iPhone 12 for 99 dollars they said no it’s not free and said it would be 400 and something dollars with promotion. The lady called her boss and he confermed that was the promotion. I left and went to another metro in menifee where they actually knew about the promotion and I got what I was looking for I even called the 888 metro number where they confermed the promotion was in stores too and were confused why they didn’t provide it at this store on Stetson. This store makes there own prices and doesn’t seem to be a legit metro store

This place seems to be trying to take advantage of people especially loyal customers I went in yesterday the Indian guy who was helping us was trying to charge us 800+ for an iPhone 12 when they are giving them away for 100+ taxes to new costumer's I walked out as soon as he was like well how much are you willing to pay ? I'll give you what the new costumer's are paying I deserve a good deal and don't deserve to be treated like Im stupid I know how much people are paying I knew he was lying ?

Best experience going in there was a worker name joe who helped me ended up buying a phone and a cool tablet. Love the customer services there it’s always great.

We went in there for help with an "Obama" phone. The very professional lady, Lisa, went well over the necessary line and got results when everybody else just pushed us on to somebody else. Lisa is a 10 star rating in a 5 star world!
