I had been a Customer for a long, long time in several different cities but what a nice surprise it to meet Eric, the young Store Manager! I go to store monthly to make my payment and like when he's working. He knows his stuff and even it's crowded his knowledge and efficiency makes the wait OK.

I'm visiting from Los Angeles for a month , and was nervous about coming n2 this store and asking for some technical support. I'm not very good with these cell phones , wifi, passwords, etc. I'm old school and would rather deal with a twenty cent payphone and beeper! And the metro PCs employees in Los Angeles are never any help , and only want to sell the phones and products.I met LUPE today , and without hesitation helped me tremendously, with things I thought I was gonna have to go pay a arm and leg at best buys feel squad! So outta the gratitude of my heart , I went next door and ordered her a large pizza and a sprite , thank God I had the money to be a blessing to this young lady , because the reason I desperately need this phone is I was wrongfully evicted from my apartment in Los Angeles, so my phone is very important right now , and my phone was all jacked up , locked ?, passwords for stuff I didn't even know, just a mess,etc. If I had the finance's I would've bought HER A BRAND NEW CAR! LOL , SHE BLESSED ME REAL GOOD , I'D LIKE TO RECOMMEND HER A RAISE , OR SHE SHOULD RAISE UP OUTTA THERE! SHE DESERVES RECOGNIZED! PEACE AND BLESSINGS TO LUPE! HALLELUJAH ?

I was offered to start a new service with Metro PCS with the insensitives of only paying the taxes for the phone and of course activation and first months bills. And by doing so and bringing my number from another company I would receive a free case and screen protector.. sounds good right? But then I took a look at my receipt and I was charged for everything phone taxes, first month, activation, screen protector, case.... And on top of it all I'm now being told they won't refund it. This might not be a big deal for everyone but I am working with a limited amount of money and I don't appreciate being lied too

Hi I just want to say I went the store today .. the young lady her name is DESTINY..she was so nice and helpful.. she bless me so big today in a way I would never could imagine.. even she didn't have to .. I just wanna say big THANK YOU TO HER and tell everyone the kind people exist.. because she is one of them.. I visit most of the metro stores in Hemet y San jacinto and even before this store have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I received.. so if you need a good MetroPCS store GO to this one..100% recommended.

I needed a new phone, although the sales girl was very polite and nice she straight out lied to me about everything!! She sold me an android pH to replace my IPhone, told me it would be no prob to transfer my apps etc. She also told me to pick an accessory cuz it's free. Charged me $40 and couldn't transfer data etc!! I'm a senior with very little knowledge of phones. So I'm stuck not being able to do anything with my phone!! Grrr !!

I activated two lines, with ins, lost one phone went back and was told to purchase another phone and they couldn't keep my # had to pay all fees. Then come to find out ins won't reimburse me for the phone. This by far is the worse customer service. Uninformed employees looking for comission.Update to review..After being contacted by Metro staff, the above issue has been resolved. This is great. Having found a phone service that cares about customers.
