I have gone to this place a few times now and once for a pedicure. The nail techs are all so super nice and friendly! One thing I like about this place is that they are upfront with costs of services with you. In a time as now where being blindsided can shock you, for me, that is very much appreciated! Their work is great for the efficiency of service! Mike is amazing with art!

Absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. The ladies here kept hounding for me to get upgrades , but didn't even provide me the massage that I paid for. They were mad that I said something and gave me a massage for 3 minutes and counting. Did a horrible job painting my nails. Will definitely not be coming back highly disappointed.

I went a couple weeks ago and asked for an natural ombre or any ombre. I did not care because I didn't feel like riding to San Diego to my original nail tec.... they asked me to come back because only the guy can do it.. I went back and he said what color. I said ombre don't care what color. He said I can't do that. I said do what? I have to tell you everything? He said yes. Well this is not the shop for me. I left. I understand to be safe you don't automatically want to pick but at least suggest something.. went some place else

I’ve been coming to this nail shop for over a year. In the beginning, I absolutely loved it. I had a regular nail tech I always went to, but one time I had to book with someone else — and honestly, that set lasted longer and never broke. Meanwhile, some of the sets I’ve gotten from my usual tech have broken within days.
When I returned with the set done by someone else, I could tell my regular tech felt some type of way. He was grabbing my hand really hard and kept snapping at me not to move, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
The last time I went in, I didn’t book an appointment with anyone specific — I just walked in, like I’ve done many times before. I waited for 20 minutes with my kids, and during that time, the staff were speaking in Chinese and kept looking directly at me while talking. It was obvious they were talking about me, and I finally asked, “Are you guys talking about me?” One of them responded by saying, “Do you even have an appointment?” — with an attitude.
That was the final straw for me. I don’t recommend this place at all anymore. The energy has completely shifted. They’ve become rude, unprofessional, and clearly play favorites. Save your time and your money — there are plenty of other nail shops that will treat you with basic respect.

The man that works there has done my nails twice and both times he rushes through everything and messes up my nail shape, they're all uneven and some are slanted. He's terrible and designs and will not make sure you approve of it until like the last step, I've had a bad experience with him and I've only been there twice, and he's done my nails both times. He rushes and doesnt care enough to take the time to make sure the nails are even and he leaves space on the cuticle so they look grown out even though they're brand new. Dont recommend going to him at all he rushes and doesnt do his job right, hes just worried about getting through the line, not about the nails. He's so bad at design its crazy. Prices here are rlly good tho, the prices are the only reason I didnt give 1 star

Charge me $78 for my toes just for the acrylic to fall off 4 days later. I’ll stick to in home nail tech. These shops don’t care to take time on their work. Just wants to make money.

Mike and Jennifer were absolutely amazing. Myke can do any designs if you show him a picture and Jennifer was extremely friendly and accommodating to take me in even though they were close to closing! I’ve been looking for a nail salon since I moved to Hemet a few months ago, and I finally found my permanent one! Will be coming here from now on. They were quick and I had a great chat talking to the employees in this salon.

Their 1st 2nd & 3rd attempt to do a French tip on me. After the second attempt I said I don’t want it and they insisted I wait and stay for a different artist to try to fix my nails. After about two and a half hours I finally just settled with the 3rd attempt. Don’t ask for a French tip. Cuticle work is sloppy as well. And they charge you $2 to pay with card. First and last visit.
