“I don’t mind shopping at Staters, even though it’s pricey. However, i will not be buying the deli fried chicken there ever again. I’ve tried different stores, different hours etc., and still the same issue. The fried chicken tastes horrible even when it’s the first batch of the day! I don’t know what oil they use to fry or if it’s ever changed but it tastes rancid like old oil and like it’s burnt. Please—I hope this gets improved for others who are shopping and eating the friend chicken! If not that issue, the chicken would be good.”
