I am a Nissan guy. Usually very dependable vehicles. In addition to my hood latch recall, I got a free oil change. Their inspection was spot on with what I knew my vehicle needed.

I have done business with this company for 3 separate vehicles because I thought it would pay to stay loyal, this last car was the final straw. They told me 12,500 for a high mileage Nissan rouge, when I reviewed the paperwork sent out to me thru the mail I saw that they increased the sale price to better suit the deal for the lender, they also made me call the lender and lie that different parts were put on the vehicle to make it sound better than it was.

Emailed them about an issue with their dealership. Got ignored. I'm still trying to figure out how you can show someone paperwork for 80k and when financing app is in it goes to 112? Run to someone more honest.

Sales Jose/Juan - Whatever your name is, you screwed me on my car deal. ADD-ONS/EXTRAS on Sentra I specifically told you I absolutely didn't want, plus you never made contact with my credit union that I wanted to use and lied about their interest rate. You rushed the deal on the weekend so you could lock me into your fraudulent deal. You gave me $2000 for my 2013 Chrysler and 2 days later, before deal was sealed with credit union, you're advertising it for $7000. I could have gotten that and more for it. My next complaint will be with DMV Fraud Div. and Better Business Bureau. "Let me make this easy on you" (sound familiar?) I'm a 72 y/o woman with disabilities and you burned me.
WITH ALL THE COMPLAINTS AGAINST YOU IN THE LAST 2 YEARS..YOU SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. BUT THIS IS THE NORM WITH SLEEZY CAR SALESMAN. Buyers beware!!

Taken for a ride on a deal that was not a deal. They made promises they couldn't, wouldn't follow through on. Too bad for me but buyer be aware theres a trap set in the finance office and the salesmen are backing that ish up! They just love to push the extras on you to make their quota.

Oh my, I can honestly go on and on about their service. The immaculately clean, comfortable waiting area with plenty of snack-healthy machines. The staff is spot on with assisting with any trouble you may be having. If complications arise so do the staff. This is the best place to be. I love my Nissan Sentra.
