The absolute worst in service, communication, and manners. I wasted my time going twice. I can see why they have low ratings. I booked an appointment for ac recharge and when I got there I was told I could not get serviced because the ac specialist was not there. Against my better judgement I rescheduled my appointment for 2 days later since the person there told me the specialist would return by then. Well come Sunday and i went in as scheduled only to be told my vehicle would only be a drop off because the ac specialist had other cars to work on. So I guess appointments are just for drop-off's of your car. Shout out to the people working there for letting me know and communicating how the service works so i don't waste me time. In case you haven't figured out the last part I am being sarcastic. No wonder pepboys went out of business and had to sell half of the place. Keep it up soon you will have to sell the other half at the rate you're going.

Rheanna was a great listener when I explained what I thought was wrong with my car. She asked me a lot of questions that helped her determine what to look for as far as repairs needed. When the technician inspected my car he found much more than I expected. Rheanna took me to my car and let me see for myself the issues he found. I’m so glad they looked over things instead of just doing what I asked. Rheanna gave me a fair quote and told me she would give me a call when it was ready. When I picked it up, she thoroughly explained what they did to make the repairs and my bill was a bit less than my quote. I was very pleased with the service I received at Pep Boys. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Outside the very disrespectful service writer I'd go back,and am planning on going back soon, but turn your camera on so you got him making his personal opinions about your vehicle on film,and he will let you know he saw what you wrote about him,and comment "but your a customer so ?" So what? Almost threatening

I had a great experience here last week. I need to do Uber and had to get a car inspection done. I ended up losing the paper and had to come back. They didn't charge me! Service was quick and painless. This is truly a hidden gem of a place that should get more publicity.

We needed our barring pushed into our hubcap. Easy 40 dollar thing. They called told us we needed a new hub the barring didn't fit, odd because we bought the exact same barring for this car last time and had it pushed no problem...that is because they gave us THE WRONG HUB back our car has 4 lugs they gave us one back WITH the barring they tried to push in but couldn't and it has 5 lugs. We ordered a new hub off Amazon with barring already pushed and called pepboys 4/30 and they told us(my husband) that's not possible but the tech will call my husband when hes in and that the problem was our barring we brought in..dude its legit NOT EVEN OUR HUB what the heck. So tommrow 5/1 I will be in there bright and early and will not be leaving until I get answers because I see from other reviews they won't call you back. I will yelp I will be calling corporate will sit there all day if I have to, how dare you say its not your fault its literally not our hub -_- guys messed up, i have zero to gain from this and spent way more money than needed to fix the car. I just want the correct hub I'm not even asking for anything else. Will update after 5/1
