Everyone so welcoming , simple instructions, lovely staff ,, Vet doctor super friendly , loved my experience, n super fast,, it took me longer to get there , than to get my puppy checked out :)

Call to get prices and dates and times for dog vaccinations. The lady was very rude to me. If you wanna get it done I would suggest she go to pet Haven and San Jacinto and go through and get their shots there because Petco is totally rude to people.

My Great Dane ? and I had the most awesome ? experience. I had the best professionally compassionate team give her all her ? shots and blood draw. The information was ? spot on. No side effects!!! We love ? the Petco Vetco. Heaven ❤️ sent blessing ?

Do not take your dog to get groomed at this location in Hemet. My appointment was at 10am and my dog wasn't ready until almost 4pm. Unacceptable.

Made a grooming appointment for our 2 dogs on Saturday 10:00 and 10:30 for Sunday and when was getting ready to go get a call saying they don't have enough kennels so can I bring them at 1:00pm instead. Show up at 1:00pm coming from the other side of town and when I get there they said they don't have large enough kennels for them that need to come back later. I don't usually do these yelp things but this is incompetent.

Kimber in the fish department at this Petco is the most amazing kind hearted employee I have ever interacted with at a Petco. She is always giving a hand and helping out even when she is busy . She is intelligent about gosh and always helps me when I come in !

If you are looking for excellent quality dog training, consider this Petco in Hemet. We took the Puppy Level 1 & 2 course with Nancy A. and she was incredibly helpful in educating us how to properly train and adjust our puppy to a home with another dog and baby on the way. She is very educated in dog behavior and will go above and beyond to equip you with everything you need to succeed as a dog owner if you put forth the time and energy into your pup. Do not settle for bad behavior with your dogs, take Nancy's training courses, it is well worth the money!!

I wish I'd asked her her name. There is an amazing employee here who walked me through the store helping me find food for my 12 year old dog. Her product knowledge of the different stages and what we are looking for by ingredients in each dog food. I really appreciated the help. I get overwhelmed was that kind of stuff. Thank you very much for your knowledge and cheerful assistance.

Petco sold us a cat post. $163 plus tax. Less than 90 days later, our 12 pound cat jumped onto the top tier and it broke off. The screws weren't holding the post together properly. The one who did the construction, screwed the edge of the top tier onto the center pole piece instead of doing so closer to the middle, This meant, every time a cat jumped onto the top, it made it tilt and bend until it broke. Someone did not know how to properly construct these posts. It is PURE JUNK. The store wouldn't even consider an exchange. Now, they'll live with another horrific review. That's a LOT of money to spend for improper construction. I'll never go into that store again.
