I noticed that there was someone out in the lobby helping anyone who needed help checking in, and although I did not need help, there were plenty of people who did need help. That was fantastic! The staff all seemed to be very nice as was the person who took my blood! Thank you for a great visit!

As long as you are able to schedule on line, the process is simple and efficient, but some people are not there yet and they expect someone will be there to help them. This breakdown causes problems.
