Costumer service at this neighborhood Walmart sucks it's hardly ever open. Not talking about the staff in particular just the front desk when trying to return an item.. I'm not mobile and this Walmart I can walk to no problem but no point when I can't be helped anyway.

I normally don't make reviews unless it's a big deal, but this has become a huge deal. I went shopping there yesterday to get some chicken and picked up a package and it smelled rancid like it had gotten warm and recooled so I grabbed another and it leaked all over my hands with the same rancid smell. I found 2 different associates and let them know randomly asking if they might have had a failure on thier meat cooler and the associates both admitted they did in fact have a failure This is not the first time this has happened, the last 2 times I've purchased meat from there it did not matter if I froze it or refrigerated it it went bad in less than 2 days. This is a health hazard and needs to be dealt with accordingly

Bog of Eternal STENCH more i shop here the less I like it. Now on top of an insulting store policies like, they won't bag the Groceries if you bring your own Bag, quoting a cashier from there, "we don't know where they have been" BULL, IT'S ANOTHER WAY TO CHARGE YOU FOR SOMETHING YOU DON'T NEED. The Bog of Eternal Stench is in their Parking Lot at the far end where most of the Handicapped Parking is. This is where the Stores Waste Tanks are located and they let them go unempited until the smell is nausiating and they just let them sit and ferment stenching to gods heaven for weeks this has to be a violation of the Health Code. When you bring it to someones attention they just stare at you.

We use the pharmacy here most of the time. We changed from Walgreens and found that the Walmart customer service and prescription prices are far superior in all transactions

On March 23, 2022 430 p.m. purchased groceries. Went to checkout with cashier. Three items out of my groceries were discounted from meat department. They were all with markdown tags. As cashier scanned these three, items I noticed thee original price coming up on the total on the screen of items purchased. I asked cashier to please check if the items that were marked down went thru correctly? She seen that it was not the correct discounted price, and attempted to correct it...but my total never went down the scanner just kept adding the item..the manager was asked to fix the problem. She did they same exact thing. I could see the items not being discounted and my total for my groceries was not being reduced just getting higher in price.. the manager said "Okay I fix it". It's done..and walked off..I could see it was not correct..I went to customer service after paying 110.69, knowing that it was wrong. I asked Emily who was working customer service that day " Could you please look at this and tell me if I was overcharged? Because I'm counting an overcharge? She took her time and rescanned all the items and said"YES''! We own you 36.68! I am so disappointed in management skills here at store #05008. Where or who trained the manager? And now she's leading by example to the employees she's training or trained? The overcharged was very clear Emily could see that also'. How many people in the community that go in and out of this store can afford to: JUST BE OVERCHARGED 36.68? Shoppers BEWARE WATCH HOW YOUR FOOD IS BEING CHARGED? Scanned incorrectly and please CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! I think Emily should have the management position....very thorough and quick...Thank you Emily for your great customer services...

Wow.... And that is not a good wow. I went in today to buy groceries mainly because I needed dog food in addition to those groceries. I normally shop at Aldi but don't buy their pet food. I was on a strict budget and although I prefer Stater Bros over Walmart, it was cheaper to go to the Walmart Grocery. The experience was not good! The shelves were bare and the produce was old and rotting. The meat case was absolutely disgusting and smelled like rotting meat. Under the meat you could see old and dried blood and meat juices. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time! The store was also quite dirty. I cannot believe that people tolerate the nastiness of the store. Ick! I will not be returning to this store even if I have a tight budget. I'd rather spend more money and have a more positive shopping experience with a cleaner, better stocked store.

Feels like a warehouse upon entering. Most employees did not acknowledge me whatsoever. No "hello," no eye contact, nothing. Those who spoke to me sounded quite dry and bored. The worst parts of my visit all had to do with fellow customer encounters. Almost got ran over multiple times by people not paying attention to what's in front of the cart they are pushing. Customers left their carts in very inconvenient places and I had to say, "excuse me" to get by several times. Will not return.

You should be ashamed, you have 30 people standing around with there finger shoved up there nose and only self checkout open. Bullshit I left a cart of groceries sitting because they didn't even have customer service is open! Who is running this shit show. The place is getting sick and not clean. Your losing customers. Step up management you should be fired

We've been going to this location since it opened. It's only .6 miles from home so it can be convenient at times. But mostly, it's a terrible store. Run to the store to get something simple and guess what, they don't have it. This happens too many times. Was just there yesterday and the store was literally half empty. If you wanted a french fry or other frozen potato product there were none. In one of the frozen aisles the freezer was 2/3 empty. I even took pictures. The customer service is non existent and lines are very long. You can tell their focus is pick up service as there are always many employees shopping for customers but you can't get help when you need it. And the locked up stuff is ridiculous. Waiting 10 minutes to get deodorant, or other locked up items, is not acceptable. A poorly run store with terrible product stocking.

This Walmart is the worse I've been to yet. They don't understand customer service, especially Robert, who claims he's the manager in the Walmart Pickup section. This guy does not understand what great customer service is, but it may not be his fault, since out of the hundreds of times I've been here, I've had at least three major issues...all in this same department. They need to teach this guy and those under him some customer service skills!

Have always loved the ease and convenience of Walmart grocery pickup, BUT they have totally let us down!! For disabled shoppers this is has been a great way to shop online, then just pick up- they have completely dropped the ball and failed their disabled shoppers by not reserving some paper products for us. After numerous emails and phone conversations with management they continue to disappoint online shoppers by failing to secure small quantities of toilet paper for NON- hoarding orders. All we ask for is ONE package, that is what we have consistently ordered a week for the past year and yet they refuse to fulfill our order. They get a load of it everyday and simply neglect to meet the needs of their online disabled shoppers!!! We are not able to go in and fight a crowd at Walmart or any other store!! Sorry WALMART YOU SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING HARD TIMES!!

This Walmart is probably one of the best I've been to even though it's just a Neighborhood one. Which means it's smaller and doesn't have as many items as a regular Walmart. I've been in there quite a few times and all the employees have been friendly and helpful. It's also convenient for me to walk there since it's so close. Definitely will continue to go here.
