So hard to get in contact with anyone! I upload paperwork on their website and they never receive and when they call for determination they ask you for the forms you uploaded …. Smh

They called on my appointment, hung up on me and never bothered to call back, called it a missed appointment and now my cash aid benefits are not coming in next month. When you call, they never pick up or return phone calls
