Store it l self is good, but associates doesn’t know anything about hair color. I went in to get bleach and asked if I can put the ash blonde on my hair, she said yes but didn’t tell me it would turn it gray. My hair is super gray now idk what to do

The manager should not be calling customers whatsoever if a customer orders products online you either get an email or a text message unacceptable that is not an option for online orders I was told she wanted to clarify if I ordered products and paid for them that's all you need to clarify get it together That is not the way to deal with customers!!!

Went there to return a shampoo & get stuff for my nails. Pretty disheartening how I got treated. I have carpal tunnel so sometimes it’s hard to carry everything I have in my hands/arms. Something I got dropped and the lady at the front said “are you gonna pay for that?” I was confused and before I could say anything she kicked me out of the store and made me feel awful. Never coming back here to this Sally’s again (yes I was going to pay for it & what I dropped didn’t break)

I've been coming to the Hemet location since I was 6 years old (now 32) back when it was located in another part of town. I love the Menifee location as well but this is my home store for sure. All the decades I've been coming here I've NEVER had a bad service, not once and sometimes I'm in this damn store 3-4 times a week lol, I'm always touching up or changing my hair, nails etc. And this store always has me covered and if something is out of stock, it usually isn't a long wait until it's back in stock. They have full selection of artificial nail products as well. I just love Sally's and this store is what it's all about.

Purchased an item on 10/5/22 at 11:50 AM on register two employee said that she does not accept split payment when confronted as to why she could not give an explanation seemed to be in a rush to help to blow off all customers so she can probably use her cell phone when I ask to speak to a manager she said she was on vacation till next week. Called store directly to speak to manager was put on hold. Asked if they took split payments and she said yes but does’nt take amex bc it is a credit card. This sounds completely absurd. How can you accept split payments via debit but not credit money comes in either way sounds to me like you guys need to get your situations in order stacey on the phone which im pretty sure was the same person at the register needs some training or new job horrible service. Someone needs to look into this ??????

OMG!!! The manager at this Sally's location is so sweet and amazing. When she was ringing me up she offer me discount on a bundle and very very sweet lady I didn't think I would be approve for a Sally's credit card lol lucky I was approved and save 40% wow amazing. I don't know the manager's name at this location but I wanted to let people know that she's a sweetheart and very compassionate about customer service. Excellent customer service

They're on the ball here.Some Sally's can be a bit dodgy depending if the staff knows the stock. I was in near close on a Sunday during the holidays, and I'm glad to report they did. A very polite staff here, too.Supply chain issues have been a challenge everywhere, but although there was less on the shelves, it was well displayed so that the storeooked complete. Their variety was still tops. I got everything I needed for what can be a challenging procedure, and I am glad they did!
