“I have been dealing with this company for years they are great and your stuff is taken care of the units are always clean and so is the entire facility. If you having a problem they will work with you you just need to call them. I'd recommend this company to anyone”
“We were very appreciative of the manager Rex, who was so kind to help us on his way out the door. We showed up 5 minutes to close. He still answered all of our questions & did not rush us.
The facility is clean, staff is friendly, we ended up renting a 10 x 10.
They also had the lastest office hours. It was the only storage still open.
Thanks again!”
“Rochelle ans yolanda have the most amazing customer service and personalities. Makes coming in to the office always a blast. Would recommend 100% based off interaction alone.”
“Us storage is great place. The workers are nice and helpful. They also took care of me and my family with waters, after we put everything in the storage. Thank you guys.”
“Alex is extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. This is my first time renting a storage place and he showed me the different sizes. Number one customer service.”
“Mike is the truth he is always there to help and makes my experience with A American self storage pleasant. Not like other storage facilities that treat you like just another number. I’ve been with this company for more than ten years. Never had any complaints, my belongings are safe and I don’t have to stress about theft or water damage.
Customer service A++”
“Elena is an angel. She came out on her free time to unlock the rental truck where we left our vehicle key in the rental truck. She deserves recognition and is a very nice lady.”
“I have been a customer for 4 years now. The gate opens when it's supposed to. The manager is really responsive and pays attention to who is coming and going into the facility.”
“I can't say enough about the crew at Hemet CubeSmart. I have several storage units and the customer service at this location is top notch.These two definitely deserve a raise and maybe even a company car. Thank you for all your help.”
“I have rv parking available at my house now so I don’t need storage anymore, Or I would still have my boat stored at this place. this place is awesome. Some of the nicest staff that will go out of their way if you need anything, they even told me that they would accommodate me if I needed to get my boat out before or after hours. Great security here and I believe the manager also lives on site. I’ve never had one issue or anything happened to my boat while it was being stored here. I would definitely use them again.”
“We are so pleased that we chose G&H moving for our move. They were prompt proffessional.Jim was so thoughtful and helpful. If you are moving ; do not use any other moving company..........”
“Property manager, Lily was very helpful during the whole process. Lilly explained everything very thoroughly. She was very nice and professional. We will come back because of her.”
