“We first shopped Grocery Outlet Bargain Market on East Florida over 20 years ago, and welcomed their West location when it opened in this shopping center. We are glad to see the city of Hemet has successfully sustained both Grocery Outlet locations.
I've enjoyed The Habit at their UC Riverside location since 2018. In 2020 their Hemet location arrived in this center in time to be a convenient takeout option during COVID-19 👍 In 2021 they became a convenient source for Impossible burgers, but in April 2025 the economy took that option away.
El Ranchito Taco Shop continues to offer legit Mexican food and La Michoacana 100% Natural is the best in the summer 🍨
Although there are a lot of businesses in this shopping center, we can usually find parking fairly easily. Entering and Exiting the parking lot is perhaps not as smooth as it could be.”
“Saturday nights from about 4:00 to 6:00 or 7:00 we have a little local market, I wouldn't really call it a farmers market there isn't a whole lot of fruit and vegetables. But there's lots of homemade soaps, lotions, breads and other foods and items. Very cute old farmers market right on main Street.”
“There is so much potential. Still some great stores; Hobby Lobby, Hot Topic, a few jewelry stores and some pretty decent food stands along with a real nice sushi place, clothing store, toy store. I wish it could be more.”

“Over the past 6 months, this place has really turned around. The team here has put a stop to the homeless wondering around, they have placed police monitored surveillance systems in the parking lot where business were being broken into regularly and have really cleaned up the location as a whole. It a much better place than it was before.”
