The staff at this Spectrum place are all business. You go in with an issue, they take care of it. Usually very quick. At least, they did with me the few times I went there.Clean place.No odors.The display items in the store are well located,The show room, or movie room is welcoming and very cozy.I go to this location anytime I have a serious issue that needs solving right away.

I went in to paid bill but I wanted to pay half because that's all I had but this idiot hears me tell him this and agree with me but then I swipe card and now I'm negative 130 overdraft but he says I'm sorry.. yes you are sorry..

For years paid over 140 a month for cable. Finally decided to cxl-too much.Called 800, fought for an hour to keep free internet, and they offered these other low cost packages. I said Cancel TV, but still kept free internet paid by govt. I just got bill for period Starting Nov 10 for 150. TV signal was disconnected on Oct 10, Cable box returned on next day with receipt.I called 800 and they said they bill behind, I pay for August in November.Spectrum is not like electric utility, you pay previous month. You pay for bill period ahead, e.g. July 28 for one month beginning August 11.I won't say they are dishonest, but do you have a bridge to sell. Avoid Spectrum like the plague.

They continue to add "fees" and charges while I have the "cheapest" I only have internet and they just add charges any chance they get... been with them for 6 years and its horrible and thats not including having to reboot the server once a month. I can only speak for the internet service.

Received a voicemail about 50% off promotion. I returned the call and was connected to Christopher. He put me on hold to check my promotion. After 9 mins of music I hear 2 beeps and was disconnected. I called back and talked to Diana who said she would connect me back Christopher. The transfer rings and I get a recording that the extension was invalid and click, disconnected again. I call back a 3rd time and get Fred who says he’s the supervisor, sorry for the problem, it’s been corrected and he would connect me with Christopher. I asked if he couldn’t just handle it since he was the supervisor and he said no. What kind SUPERVISOR passes you back to the original problem? 17 mins later after MORE music I get the now typical “beep beep” and disconnected. I call the 4th time, talk to Thomas this time and my speaker icon started flashing then went off. I told him I was having a hard time hearing him and why then asked that he call me back so I could get my speaker back on. He said he’d talk slowly to get a pen and paper. I asked him again to simply call me back, I told him to just call me back. Beep, beep, disconnect and 40 min later no call back!Figuring out a way to dump Spectrum TODAY!

What you should never say to a customer: "It's not my problem." What you should also never say to a customer: "You're giving me 'an attitude." when the issue starts with you've got someone who's had some negative experience with installation, has to return some equipment, and is very stressed out about getting to work on time.That someone sees everything moving in slow motion while the clock is ticking. When he thought he was going to have one of the reps attend him, that person went to the back to go on his break or for whatever reason the rep just left his console to go to the back.Then he has to wait in line again while someone else is attended. Finally gets his turn. The rep he gets starts by asking some irrelevant questions. He doesn't have time for this. He just needs to drop the equipment off and get out of there.This issue started with Spectrum getting their installation dates mixed up and so exasparated the customer that he decided to cancel service. The equipment that was left was a box left by UPS on the wrong date and not wanting to take a chance that something was tampered with it because it had been opened, and found like that at the front door, it was taken back to the store.....The customer then tried getting Frontier as internet service but they said they didn't service the area. So like it or not back to Spectrum....But I didn't have any time to explain all this at the moment. I work three jobs and I was running late to my second one that day. This rep who was attending me made me feel like I was talking to an automated service. I was trying to convey that I just needed to drop this thing off and get out of there but again the rep is on automatic being just quite frankly apathetic to what my situation was and then finishes it off by telling me I'm giving her "an attitude."As I told her then. She could just show more empathy and not be such a machine and No, it's not her "problem" but there is google reviews which is why I'm writing this.Not everything is one size fits all with a happy la dee da corporate smile and there should be a way to drop off equipment without going through all that business I had to go through.Thank you.

The short guy named Michael was so rude and he's a liar. I was told my billing situation was handled only to find out he lied about it so I would be charged again. When I came in to remind him he popped off and said he never said that. He then made a comment underneath his breath calling me stupid. Before I was helped I over heard him talking about another customer that just left. He needs to be fired. Scamming people. The guy hates his job apparently. He shouldn't be calling women idiots or anyone for that matter. Moving to a different provider.

I went Into the Spectrum store in Hemet to return and pick up equipment. I did not have an appointment scheduled. I only had to wait about 5 minutes before I was helped.The employee who assisted me was very polite and helpful.The customer service was outstanding.I will definitely be back to visit this store again soon

Decent internet speeds in town so I gave them 2 stars. Why they don't have more stars is simple. ALWAYS keep your receipts of payments from them. They WILL "loss" payments and make you pay twice for bills. Someone in their ranks is running a nice little scam and it makes me sick. Keep your paperwork people because they will smile at you with their hand out waiting for a payment you've already paid.

Hello.. I am totally not satisfied with Mario.He was jiving around when I walked in. Having a lotta fun behind the counter. Fun is fine. But you still have to do your job. I'm caring for 2 in their home.1 served in Korea War.The other served Vietnam War.I cannot stand incompetence.Mario is Representative at Spectrum Hemet CA.He said he'd help me.. find a tech to connect their cable. It's Saturday June 17,2023. He was jiving around enjoying his power of Tues. At 11am being the soonest he could get a tech over to their place.I explained 1 of the 2 is dealing with hospice. Respectfully.. entertainment. A Television is VERY comforting in such little time left.I am So Upset with the demeanor of his position at the company.His lack of empathy due to the criteria I stated. I ONLY can say... His co-workers would've taken me more seriously.. as I saw their watching how he was acting.. instead of helping. I intend to follow through to BBB and Corporate HR Office. As Well as Going into the store on Mon. To speak directly with his supervisor.Along with this Yelp Review on Mario's Behalf.. so poorly representing Spectrum.Thank you for your time. Kristal Lane

The store was new fresh and clean and very organized. I like the reservations portion and checking in and I also appreciate the politeness of the clerk now I do not know his name however he was an extremely nice young man that's why I gave it five stars
