Super Nails gave me and my sister the best experience. 2 thumbs to the new management. I just moved to Hemet and wanted to look for a new salon to try. At first I was worry about this place because of the recent review but I decided to still give this place a try since it was close to where I live and omg I was glad I did. They make me feel so welcome and treated us with respect, care and especially great service. The result was amazing. I don’t know why people would ever give super nails a low rating if it’s not haters. Give people a chance and base on your own experience rather than on reviews that probably written by haters. Great example is me. If I believe those haters bad review I wouldn’t have find a great salon like super nails.

Today was my last day going to this place i have been coming here for a few years the they have changed ownership the ladies that are the owners now have changed their attitude was totally different arrogant i had never like the old lady her arrogant attitude towards people is unacceptable and now that she’s the owner it has become more toxic the customer service was terrible both ladies are very rude and arrogant!!!

If I could give a zero I would !
A guy working there I assume he is new because of the way he did my pedicure. THE ABSOLUTE WORST he cut every single of my toenails sides thinking I had ingrowns I DID NOT. PICTURES ARE THE NEXT DAY. IF TOU HAD A ENGROWN it would not look like this. He made me bleed not 1 but 3 times in 3 different toenails! I had my babies baptism the coming day and could not walk because of how much the pain was!!! When I told them if I can get a discount because he had cut too much they just stared and stared at my toes like if they would magically stop from bleeding. Bad bad bad I DO MOT RECOMMEND. THE GUY DUDNT EVEN DISINFECT THE TOOLS.

The price you pay for a full set is the same price for a fill just a FEW dollars off! And they didn't even ask what color I wanted just started painting.

BEST PEDICURE OF MY LIFE!!! I really liked this place ESPECIALLY the young guy who works there. He did such an amazing job 10/10 experience.

Okay so I showed up about 3 hours before closing, plenty of time for what I came in to get done. A basic pedicure with acrylic big toes (which means acrylic only on my big toes) and a full set. They started off with my pedi. The young guy they had do it wasn't so good at his craft. 1. The water was COLD. I asked if he could make it a little warmer after he asked me is it was okay. All he did was drain it for 2 seconds & added literally a few seconds worth of warm water. It was still COLD. So anyway I go on to explain everything I would like. Only extra thing I requested was callus remover. Nothing major. He begins the pedicure and when it comes time for the scrub of the heels and foot, he uses what a lot of salons no longer use. The "cheese grater" okay whatever. After doing that for 10 mins (which was to long) I still left with jacked up, cracked heels. (I've gone to other salons and my heels would be super smooth, like I'm paying for) so let proceed to get ready for the acrylic on the big toes, before he does such, he cleans up the cuticle area and the area around the toe nail, DIGS into the area where an ingrown WOULD be (I didn't have any on either big toe) makes me bleed twice on one toe and once on the other, both time I express to him that he's hurting me annnnd I jump a few times due to him really digging into my toe skin near the nail. He did the acrylic on my 2 big toes and SUCKS. He never once filed the acrylic down, never used a drill to smooth the acrylic evenly. So my big toes are super bulky and UGLY. By this time I've already been sittin in his chair for 2 hours. Wondering when someone was going to start my full set. The lady working in there brought the pillow and tray for my nails but it never got started. The guy that was supposed to start it ends up goin for a smoke, he comes back and a new customer is requesting a full set so he does hers. Cool. It's my turn now for my full set, at first I was relieved because they came out great, he did a good job until the next day I realize whatever nail glue they used doesn't even stick. There is a gap between my nail and the artificial nail. The cuticle area, the acrylic lifted. I paid $96 & left a tip for the 2 techs. Moral of the story. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. $96 can get you better quality and faster time.

there's only two women that actually work there the other people that's their they sit around in the service chairs reading comic books in the other elderly woman sits up with her Dre Beats on herI brought it to my text attention and then she told the lady about coughing without covering her mouth and then one of the other workers and the nail tech that was working with me seem like they started arguing in.you should know to cover your mouth when you're constantly coughing it's too many germs and the door was closed.

Im very picky with my pedicures and would only go here to get them done. I would recommend you only go with Wah, especially if you suffer from ingrowns. She takes her time and makes sure to get EVERYTHING. I have only been with her so I can't speak on behalf of the other pedicurist but she's the best. If you are looking for thin French she's really good at it, would always get it perfect for me. They do put the liner in the tub which is a plus always. I 100% recommend her for pedicures, always left my feet feeling pretty AND SUPER clean.

This place was unprofessional for me I felt like they was being racist wouldn’t let me use the bathroom had me pay first before giving me service denied my auntie service because she had a beer in her hand
