I got conned into buying a second phone. So… I went in this store to upgrade my iPhone. I was told I would be credited $800 for the iphone as long as I traded my old one in. Great. I was all in. I was also looking for a cheap second phone. The girl tells me I can get the S23 Ultra for $400 if I upgrade my account. So I upgrade my account to get the Ultra for $400. I wasn’t looking to spend any more than that for a second work phone. I get my first bill and it shows I owe $1200 for the Ultra and $900 for the iPhone 14. Not to mention it took five and a half hours for them to set up both phones between three people. Trash. All three of them, one of which is the manager. I should have walked out when I noticed them clowning other customers. Stay away from this location. ?????

The kid was very professional but I could tell thus annoyed at my 20th century boomer inquiries. I went to pay a monthly bill and he ostensibly lied and said they don't do paper receipts when other facilities have. I also didn't get a confirmation text that I paid said bill until the distant future when the long endured unavoidable angst caused me to miss the dam rapture in a dystopian apocalyptic world. So I'm just supposed to trust some minimum wage kid that he didn't overcharge my credit card with no way to prove it if worst case scenario and then politely awaiting the confirmation text while burning in the abyss after missing the rapture from the unavoidable hoarding of internal angst and anxiety after the T-1000 terminators in said dystopian apocalyse beat me up in front of my family, the kid is now annoyed with this boomer while the facility wasn't busy at all with nobody awaiting similar disappointment while I was hearing how I need great credit to buy a tablet and something about them moving away from pre paid plans? I wish I never left metro pcs but I bet the T-1000s' probably work there now! Very dissatisfied! We all gotta be slaves to permanent contracts so the government knows what unavoidable tik tok advertisements we skip I guess

If I could give this store a 0 star rating, I WOULD. I was totally taken advantage of and given iPhone 14s that weren’t sealed, but it’s okay because I took them to another store since the douche with the glasses totally gaslit me into thinking I didn’t know anything about the policy that I purchased and as if I didn’t spend numerous hrs on hold with customer service having them explain my options. He said his rude behavior was just his “character” and “just who I am”. I guess that’s an excuse these days to be a total misogynist with no filter and licking the butts of every man who walked in the store after me… Anyways, don’t come here if you don’t want to be taken advantage of and victimized by a team of incompetent people who act like they know T-Mobile policies, but ACTUALY DO NOT. They may work there but they are not there for you, so don’t have high hopes. It’s better to drive to the Stetson store and get helped by people who have knowledge of what can and cant be done. Aaron fixed me up with a new plan and I had to cancel because there were so many errors it was better to just scrap it completely. Glad they didn’t get the commission from my purchase

So I came in not knowing what to do and how to buy a phone and this sweet girl I think her name was Sam literally taught me how to build a phone. She was so smart and nice that I felt like my life was changed after. I told her that I will visit her since she really impacted my life. I recommend going to her if you need any help even life tips!

I cannot thank this store and staff enough! I went in extremely upset following an incident at the Stetson store and the representative Jason was amazing! His customer service skills are top tier. He listened and corrected the incompetency from the rude and condescending manager Aaron at the Stetson location. This Florida store was very busy and it’s very apparent that people would rather wait to get helped right the first time than to go a mile and a half for no wait, but to be taken advantage of. Thank you Florida team!

Came in to get a screen protector for my s23 ultra. And following the associates application of the new screen protector, I came out with air bubbles that that won't smooth out.

This is one bad experience I had in this store today. Came to the store today few minutes after 12:00 PM. There was one woman that entered the store one step before me and was checking the status of her replacement phone. I waited about 25 -30 minutes. Then two men came to the store and vandalized the equipment. Long story short, I keep waiting for my turn. When Oscar came back from the back of the store, once he was done calling police, he went to assist another customers who came to the store after me. When I questioned him, stating that I was next in line, he simply said " they were next" and ignored me. No, Oscar, I was next in line. Please check your cameras in the store if short term memory is failing you.This is not good business ignoring some customers who are waiting in line and giving preference to others who just came in.Badly done, Oscar.

Extremely slow service.. you can wait hours and 4 out of 5 people that arrive leave. Simply not reliable but they get the job done even if it takes more than an hour for a simple sim swap.

OSCAR WAS AMAZING! I was having problems with my phone and I went into the store so frustrated and Oscar was able to fix it. He was very patient with me and very professional and knew just what to do! Thank you!

So this Mexican guy, I noticed that he avoids helping a certain demographic. He gets someone else to do it. 3 times being in the store within the same month and he does it every single time. He'll jump to help others but when it came to me and my family member, we were pushed off onto the girls

I don't usually have bad experiences at T-Mobile. Although, this was my worst one ever. I was waiting in the store for an hour and a 1/2 for them to call me to help. When I went to the bathroom and came back, let the shop clerk know that i would use the bathroom and come back after, and they took a new customer over me. When I clearly was waiting the whole time. There are 2 shop clerks working that day. One was very nice and helpful (glasses). The other was a man who wanted to show his dominance and that hes an "alpha" male. Even though we were just at T-Mobile, I would like to clarify that I waited in a decent manner. Being courtius to their store and T mobile employees. i'd like toShare this for whoever doesn't want to waste their time on this store. They do not have an application signing for you. To keep your place. They did not have one that day. When I asked for it, he told me that there's a person who took the name and they were not here today.I'm sorry to everyone who has faced any problems in the store. Please call T-Mobile on phone they care much more, as well as they are kind.

Ever since my family switched over, our phones work horrible, every update they get slower and slower. Nothing loads. We’ve now called and been to T-Mobile and they have yet to do anything about it. It’s ridiculous, on the verge of going back to Verizon.

For future customers, make sure you have them put their fake promises IN WRITING! They conned me into switching my cell service with $650 credits for switching 3 lines...no such offer! To add insult to injury my monthly bill IS higher than promised! REAL $CUMBAG MOVE!!!
