5 Stars - A Retail Adventure on Red Steeds!Oh, Target, you marvelous retail haven! My recent visit to your kingdom was an experience worthy of epic tales and lyrical ballads. From the moment I entered your realm, I was swept away on the back of a trusty red shopping steed, ready to embark on a retail adventure like no other!Your aisles, adorned with colorful treasures and shimmering merchandise, beckoned me like a siren's call. The air buzzed with excitement as fellow shoppers embarked on their own quests, clutching their own crimson chariots. We were all warriors in the great retail battlefield, armed with our shopping lists and a shared sense of determination. But it wasn't just the products that enchanted me; it was the atmosphere. The bright lights, the cool breeze of the air conditioning, and the joyful symphony of beeps and boops at the checkout lanes created an experience like no other. I felt like I was in a retail wonderland, where every aisle held a new surprise and every product whispered its own unique story. And let's not forget the noble steeds themselves - the red shopping carts! These sturdy companions carried me through the aisles with grace and reliability. With each push, I felt a surge of power, as if my shopping cart and I were a united force, conquering the aisles one treasure at a time. But it wasn't just the grand spectacle that won me over; it was the friendly and helpful staff who made this retail adventure even more extraordinary. With smiles as warm as dragon's fire, they guided me through the maze of options, offering their wisdom and assistance along the way. They truly made me feel like a knight in shining armor, ready to conquer any shopping challenge that lay before me.So, dear fellow adventurers, if you seek a retail experience that combines excitement, convenience, and a touch of whimsy, look no further than Target! It's a kingdom of retail wonders, where noble red steeds await to whisk you away on a shopping journey like no other. Whether you're in search of everyday essentials or hidden treasures, Target is the place to be.Bravo, Target, for creating a shopping experience that ignites the imagination and makes each visit a grand adventure. You have won my heart, and my shopping cart will forever be your loyal steed!Signed,Jade Ann Byrne - A Retail Warrior on a Quest for Greatness

Everyone that works here is rude with a real bad attitude consistently. Haven't met a nice person that works here in years. Store is small dirty and dumpy and there's never carts inside the store.

I was paying through self check out on Saturday April 1, 2023 at around 3:45pm. As I was paying for my items I was on the Walmart app and found an item I wanted to price match. When I was approached by the Target associate, Mayra, she seemed bothered to price match my item & would not look at my phone, she said she needed to use her own device for this. After I showed her the price on the Walmart app she then took my phone & was still not honoring the price match & was scrolling through my phone, on the Walmart app. When I tried to touch my phone to show her the price on the app, she told me not to because she was looking for the price herself -which I had previously showed her because it was on the page when I gave her my phone in the first place. I then tried to take my phone back to find it again & she rudely told me to STOP, she was asking me to stop touching MY phone. This interaction was unacceptable. I then took my phone out of her hands & took my items as is. I am coming from out of town to visit family & I will not ever come to this target again. My experience here & the treatment was not ok. No other location has ever made this big of a deal for a price match, if that is the policy it should be honored without someone taking my phone after telling me they needed to use their own. The price match was a difference of two dollars & Mayra acted like this was coming out of her paycheck. It should be posted somewhere that this location does NOT honor the price match policy.

Today I went to Target to buy hair color, it's about 10:30am, but couldn't find any cashier for check out, only a long line for self-checkout with one woman worked there. I don't know how to use the electric coupon in my cell phone, asked the woman, she just said, "scan it", and walk away. I tried again but it didn't work. The Target app in my cell phone was asking for signing, but I can't remember the password. I must ask for help again. The woman started yelling at me, "you must verify the money is yours, so you need to be signing". I explained to her, I had used the electric coupon before, just show the cell phone to the cashier, never asking for password. But the woman just kept yelling " you need to verify the money is yours...". I told her " I don't want to argue with you" and left the store without buying anything.

This Target USED to be the reprieve from Walmart. Now, honestly, I'd rather go to Walmart. The clothes here are picked over and trashed, most items are out of stock, and worst of all, they have 2, MAYBE three cashiers open, with only 4 self check outs (if they're all operational!!) it takes longer to check out than it does to shop!!

Brenda at self checkout is the WORST. I came here today to buy pads and asked brenda to type in my team member discount number. She then gave me so much attitude saying I need my target team member card & that she can't help unless I have it. She name called me, asked me which target I work at, told me I don't know anything because I haven't been working there long, and decided to keep arguing w me instead of getting a team leader to help me like I asked. When she FINALLY went to ask a manager if she should help me. You can tell the team lead was tired of her bs. I know target hires anyone, but if they're gonna have someone with the absolute worst customer service don't put them in the front.

Don't expect to pay for anything here with a check. Their registers do not compute checks and once they deny you a check privilege (because you've never written one there before). They'll no longer accept your debit card either. No history of bad debt (or any debt) but just because. I was directed to two separate check stands then directed to call customer service who explained to me that because I had no history of check writing with Target, they would not accept a check for $250. They said that the dollar amount was too high. Am I laughing alone? Does anyone go to Walmart, Target or Costco these days and spend under $200? What if you don't use credit cards? I use only cash, checks and my debit card. It's Dave Ramsey's training!!! Nonetheless, Target denied me the purchase as well as my next purchase two weeks later which was using my debit card (under $100) sad and sorry to be treated like that. And all this despite the fact that a check is processed like a debit purchase. It comes directly out of the account. I have no negative history. I have more than enough funds but I get "Sorry Ma'am but you're welcome to apply for a Target credit card "Red Card" (which i already have, but I refuse to use credit any longer) Nice. Thank you, no thank you Target. I will never shop this Target again -ever.

I went to the CVS inside thus Target to get both my booster shot and flu shot. The whole team were a delight. But Katie who gave me the shot was an absolutely golden. She went into details about what to expect. The shots themselves were completely painless. I was rewarded with 2 5 dollar off coupons which added to my 25 dollar gift card from getting my first two shots. Very thankful.

The great thing about this Target location is that it doesn't get very busy compared to others. The lines are typically pretty short inside and when I've done curbside pickup, more often than not, there has already been an employee outside waiting with my items. The downside of this location is that it has not received the same facelift as many of the others. Hopefully they update it to look like the one in Menifee and other nearby cities.

Their checker Kim is incredibly rude. I asked for help with using an offer I had on the app and she yelled "press show barcode... SHOW BARCODE!!!!" Because she was impatient. Extremely unprofessional of her, and I've come to this Target for years. The checkers here are typically friendly, but Kim is far from it.

I went in this store looking for Pepsi Zero's in a bottle six pack and of course, as all of these WOKE places it had plenty of Coca Cola products but hardly any Pepsi products. As many of us have banned Coca Cola products we are looking for our Pepsi products. You are in an area where there are many Seniors looking to watch their sugar content. We really love the Pepsi Zero as it has a good taste and it doesn't teach it's employee's that white should be a bad person, this is the Woke teaching that Coca Cola is telling their employees. To be less White, well I won't buy their products and if you cannot supply the need for Pepsi Zero's in Six pack bottles I will not be shopping for anything at your stores.

Horrible customer service. Anytime you call their guest services, no one ever answers. They are always getting pick up orders wrong. There are always items missing. Just today I am missing an item and I have been trying to get a hold of guest services for over an hour.

Love it here. Service and Deals have always been better here. Definitely better than the Walmarts around there too.
