Eyebrows. I am visiting from Ohio and this was the first place that was near. The threader was conversational, but I wasn’t pleased with the service. I always have my brows cleaned up, and my threader gives me a bit of an arch. This visit, when I pointed out a section at the new place I visited, the response wasn’t agreeable. The threader didn’t even thread below my eyebrows (lid). When I looked in the magnifying mirror at home, I had to clean it up. $12.00

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Eyebrow threader employee did not greet my husband and I , she also huffed and puffed and seemed bothered as we walked in the eyebrow studio. She also rushed through threading my eyebrows , she also did not place any alcohol or witch hazel after the process. My eyebrows look horrendous, due to the fact of her poorly service she has given me . I'm never coming here again , mind you I have been coming here for many years ! ZERO STARS

This is the threading place to go. MaryAnn helped me and my 3 daughters was patient, minimal pain and left us loving her work. I'm not usually someone who complains because I don't like to seem rude but the original lady who does my brows there wasn't in (her chair is closest to the register) and according to the women who was there, she wasn't going to be in on any of my off days. So I took the chance and went with the women who was there and OMG when she got done and I seen the results I wanted to cry!! she completely messed my eyebrows up , they're literally paper thin!!! I spent so much time growing my brows out nice and full, and the other lady knew exactly how to clean them up perfectly. This new women on the other hand ruined them. I had to go out and buy brow serum so that I can try and grow my brows back . I just feel as though If you do not know how to clean up brows without almost completely taking them off, you shouldn't be doing brows...

NEVER going back . Had my eyebrows done by the only “young” lady that is working their , didn’t know her name but she started doing them and I noticed that she over did them and left me a gap I told her about it and instead of TRYING to at least apologize to keep her customers she kept saying and saying that I Already had it . when I clearly told her in the beginning I had grew out my eyebrows , she was trying to change the subject while she was trying to “fix it” I had to stop her and tell the other older lady to fix them and because of that I had to go thinner. I used to come here all the time, I’ve lived in different states and no one has ever been able to make my brows as even as the women working here. I came back into town & Marian was the best! She did a wonderful job and the whole thing was pain free despite me not having my brows threaded for over 9 months. I recommend them to everyone that lives close.Service: Eyebrow threading
