This young man is amazing! Extremely professional, informative, very kind and well spoken. He has all answer to everything we needed answered and sent us off with a smile! I have been to this uhaul in particular many times and never have I been excited to write a good review until interacting with Jeremy and Jimmy!! These guys need to be in management or something! Or allow them to teach the others proper etiquette and communication skills! Thank you both Jimmy and Jeremy for making this pick up (Jeremy) and return (Jimmy) worthwhile and positive.
