Drop off a screen door to get frame worked on 3 weeks later I haven’t received my screen door and still not been started on it. There is no communication from staff and when i called they were upset that i followed up on it. I was told that they will get to it when they can and if I didn’t like to go pick up the screen and take it somewhere else very unprofessional from them.

I always come here to get my keys cut and they always get it right. Have made different keys for different vehicles and never had a problem. Highly recommend

Excellent neighborhood Hardware store,had 99%
Of what I needed,with less of the crowds then Home Depot or Lowe's! Very helpful staff,very respectful and knowledgeable to my needs. Very reasonable pricing!

Extremely helpful and friendly. I had to re-screen a front screen door. It is an older wooden door with a unique inset for the screen. I took it to another place who said they could not do it. Shane at True Value did a great job and was very fair with the price. I am grateful.

My bicycle chain snapped and Shane an employee took the time while on his shift and helped me by taking the chain and grinding a piece just perfect to fit back on, Thank you Shane for being an amazing help.

I was trying to get help today when a women named Conny came up to the guy helping me and demanded him to stop helping me and do something for her. Since I once worked there she didn't consider me a customer. I was told she is that way with everyone. No more veteran discounts.

Quality service as always 10 years later I've gone here for everything possible. They don't have everything but what they do have it a quick in and out service. Paired with decent prices o hope this place stays around for years to come even though I know the main owner has passed his wife has done great keeping the place up.
