Management can't, won't help, sales employees are manipulative and will say anything. There's a woman employee at THIS location that records customers while they are trying to conduct buisness. She knows who she is. Be observant! The service they provide is like 2 cats fighting for the last fish bone. The company has been hacked by its own employees. Overall, VERIZON is no longer verizon. It is now the flip phone age:old, stubborn, greedy, scrooge playing company that treats you like your phone number, used by everyone, traded for something better. The service can connect to Mars but not to my bathroom, voice-mail decide when they want to show up (S22 Ultra) everything is falling apart and they just stand there. Forget about it. Terrible buisness conductors. D- because they have lost their minds.

No help what so ever girl refused to even look at my account that needed reactivating told me to do it myself and “turn my phone on and off” I had to get home and call Verizon myself to get my line re activated.

I went to check my options for phone upgrades, and I got really helpful information. A special thanks to Cory, because he went over the plans and suggested the best option. I really appreciated that he seemed caring of my phone needs rather than just trying to sell me more. I definitely will be staying with Verizon! Love their service!

Great experience now. Very organized. Comfortable consultation bar areas are a smart addition and likely improve customer experience compared to having customers stand at the" sales counter".A special nod of appreciation to sales consultant Sallie, she is an MVP imo. ?My account manager, Michael Leighton Howard, has proven repeatedly his desire (and ability!) to offer stellar service for my business, and improve my experience. It is wonderful to count him as a partner in supporting my business.

This location is a horrible place to go none of the Associates have any sense of urgency to move on to the next customer I see one associate sitting here having a personal conversation with a customer and I know she's already done helping her .I asked the manager named diana If she can help us Since we've been waiting so long and she said she is unable to help customers all she does is check people in I would avoid coming to this location if possible go to another one The manager Diana seems like she pretty much picks and chooses what she wants to do and who she wants to help I got so tired of waiting I placed my order online as an express pick up. I waited about 15 minutes to see if anybody was going to get it ready and put it in one of the pick up boxes and nothing Diana was still walking around doing nothing I then went up to Diana and asked her can you do express orders she said yes I said okay well I placed a order about 15 minutes ago cause im tired of waiting you think you can get it ready she said I will get it Ready when I get the notification I said the notification should have came through already I placed it 15 minutes ago she said well you have to wait That makes no sense that she's walking around doing nothing I placed an express order sat there for 15 minutes and still nothing was being done about that order very unprofessional...

Worst experience ever . Customer service is not helpful at all . I walked in asking about my insurance just to be told that there’s nothing that can be done . No help was given . The insurance claims are not done by them. If you make an insure claim be ready to pay a deductible. Great connection to web by the way .
