The employees are always hard working, courteous, attentive, helpful, and caring. I can always count on receiving my medications in a timely manner. The prescription(s) can be scheduled for convenience so that they are going to contact you through a cell phone number. This makes it worry free. They can also contact your doctor's office in case you need a refill on any prescription (s). I also enjoy shopping for various items such as snacks or office supplies. They have much in inventory more than I can describe here.

Horrible service they always say they don’t get my prescriptions. Then say a time they will be ready and they are never ready! Waisting my time and gas to drive back and forth because they have horrible service!

Absolutely garbage tier customer service in the pharmacy. They are all blatantly rude to customers and seem pretty uneducated about their own jobs. Absolute disgrace of a pharmacy. Seeing the other reviews on here it doesn't appear the company itself actually cares. Just choose any other pharmacy than this place. I would take my drugs from a guy off the street before going here again. What a joke.

If I could give you guys zero stars I would. I was transferred over from Rite aid they told me I'm not even in the system? I transferred my prescriptions back to the Rite aid on Sanderson. It's easier and faster to drive the five miles there than to stand 45 minutes to an hour in line only to find out I'm not even in Walgreens system. How can a crummy company like that even stay in business?

If I could give a 0 star I would. Worst pharmacy ever. Never answer the phone and when they do they hangup on you. My doctor ordered my refills a week ago and it was never filled. Worst customer service ever. Need to get new staff that actually care about their customers. Never coming back.

Hold times are TERRIBLE!!! I waited for over 25 minutes (TWICE) only to be hung up on; Rite Aid what a dis service to your LONG TIME LOYAL customers! I have tried another Rite Aid only to be told Sorry Walgreen has your RX's (SOLD FOR PROFIT TO WALGREENS)

I absolutely hate Walgreens pharmacy I have never had so many issues with a pharmacy that I have had with this one. No one cares at that pharmacy they are downright slow, incompetent and 85% of the time out of stock of my prescriptions I have spoken to so many different people and they all say the same Thing it is just ridiculous there they can't keep staff they're closed on Sundays and I have been on hold numerous times for up to 45 minutes at a time and then they just *accidentally* hang up. If you do not have any other choice I understand but do not willingly go to Walgreens I unfortunately don't have a choice and have been with them from most 2 decades it's and every month I get angrier and angrier because because they just literally suck. I am old school and I believe customer service can make or break a company they don't even have that going for them.

Made an appointment for 930 AM for a COVID vaccine. They said to show up 15 minutes before appointment. Came at 915 AM. After waiting a while I was informed the pharmacy doesn't open until 1000 AM. When asked why they accepted appointments at 930 AM. They replied corporate something.They certainly don't mind wasting their customers time, and I doubt this problem will be fixed.

I transfered here from cvs due to Walgreens having better pharmacy hours. At least cvs answers the phone promptly. I've called 3 times and every time I give up after 15 minutes of being on hold. Smh. I'm changing to another pharmacy again.

This store is the worst store ever. They leave you on hold forever. They do not fill your prescriptions on time and you have to go through stupid robotic call system that hangs up on you. Needs new management!!!

They were already in efficient and then they decide to take on rite -aid and it's proving to be clear this corporation should not be responsible for peoples medication. I get that due to Corp idiots making decisions that they are short staffed and over busy...but this is a joke. My meds were sent over Friday. No one answers the phone so I went hours later and was told they would not be ready until Saturday, I went Saturday to find they had closed at 3. I went back Monday at 7 because there hours said 9pm....and they had closed at 530. I came back Tuesday at 4pm and waited an HOUR to get to the window just to have them tell me it wasn't ready and to come back the next day. I made a fuss because I ran out of my vital meds on Sunday and they had them for 5 days at that point. She told me to come inside and wait (mind you one of my scripts was for at home COVID test cuz I had been exposed and was sick and she knew that and still made me go inside) so I wait like 30 min (at this point they are closed and won't take new people and are trying to leave without finishing me. The lady that is working sucks. She can't properly even run the system and is calling the only pharmacist on duty every 3 min for things like voids. Making it all worse. I finally get my name called and I go to the pickup And I'm told they have to order one of my meds. I asked her why they didn't do it on Friday or earlier when she said they were working on them? Also, no COVID test either. So she said come back. I came back the next day and again they closed at 530 and even though I was in line since 445. They still closed the window before I got there. So I'm back today and after my hour wait she informed me (same girl) that it just got printed and they are behind and to come tomorrow. I got mad and explained I'm out of my meds and needed them now. She refused to send them to another pharmacy and told me to wait. It's been another 35 min and I still have no meds. They are going to kill someone doing business like this.
