This Walgreens management and workers, went out of their way during the holidays to make sure all gift cards were good. An employee asked if okay to check if the numbers are good before purchasing. Told him of course, since it's for a gift. He told me they pulled so many fraudulent gift cards off the racks. Want to tell the management thank you for keeping our holidays safe and thinking of your customers.

I am giving a 2 star because my prescription was quickly filled. Walking in the front end staff is really nice, welcomes you and says "have a wonderful day" on your way out. The front end definitely does not match the back end. I do not know if the pharmacy staff is stressed or what BUT staff on the back end just seemed thoroughly bothered with doing their job. I dealt with Dulce and maybe she was having a bad day. Typically people who are going to the pharmacy are having sick/bad days too so have a little bit of empathy lady. Just feel like Walgreens is becoming such a bigger leader in the industry of pharmacy and attitudes like this are going to drain the company and stop people from going. Other than that front end staff was sweet, store was clean. Would I go back there, probably not.

I'm having this location 5+ stars due to the fact that every time I come to the drive-through to pick up prescription for myself or one of my children or family members miss show JODEE and the pharmacist Miss Charlene are amazing they're carrying their customer service skills are 10+ their understanding their patient and I just want them to know that I will come here every time as long as I'm living in the city of Hemet. This is the Walgreens that I will be coming to you guys. Need to do yourself a favor and go say hello to Miss JODEE

went to go pick upsome prescriptions through drive thru and was there for about 30 mins for medication that was already ready. the worker Jenna was really rude about it, when i handed her my child’s ssn when she gave it back she put it in the cubby with the medicine and clipboard to sign and the ssn flew away. she wasn’t apologetic at all she just said, “well i can’t control the wind” and rolled her eyes. then when the pharmacist, Alfred, came to explain the medication to me he was really rude about it and only reviewed one medication when i have 4 because i tried to let him know what was going on he then proceeded to just hang the phone up and walk away. i will no longer be getting my medication sent here because they put my childs ssn at risk when Jenna put it carelessly into the cubby which i then had to walk thru a line of cards to get so no stranger could take it

The lady in pharmacy drive thru had no respect hated when you asked questions she has black hair. It took 30 minutes to get one medicine and she was so dam annoyed and gave disrespectful looks.

Andrew was able multitask not only helping us in the photo department he also was in charge of the main store register. The entire time we were in the store (about 35 minutes) he had a great attitude with every customer and was able to keep everyone happy. The store manager was in store and didn’t offer support even though he had lines in both registers. The only time she came out was to raise her voice at him in front of all of us questioning a return she herself voided without asking him what happened first and apparently they now had some kind of issue.This associate is so patient and helpful with customers and bad management. Please reach out and thank him and appreciate him for us!

Personnel in pharmacy are very rude. My primary physician sent my VA prescription to their store and they dont accept VA insurance. Treated me very badly for not knowing this information.

This location is poorly operated. Items are rarely restocked. Their online app is a joke. It says items are in stock when it's not. The manager doesn't seem to care at all.

Sat in the drive thru pharmacy for 35 minutes before they took care of the car in front me. Slow as hell and crappy etc. Unfortunately I was stuck in between cars or I would have left. It took 35 minutes per car just to get meds. They seriously need better customer service. The walk up counter is just as bad. I sat in this line for over 1.5 hrs stuck between cars. How is that even ok. I even called them while waiting in their drive thru and got put on hold for 15 minutes. Just as bad as cvs pharmacy. Too bad I can't vote negative stars .

THIS STORE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS, RE TRAIN EVERYONE, NO SERVICE, ANSWER YOUR PHONE, SO DISRESPECTFUL, THEY ANSWER, DONT SAY ANYTHING, THEN PUT YOU BACK ON HOLD, I JUST XALLED 10 TIMES IN A ROW, I NEVER WAS HELPED , THEY SHOULD FIRE EVERYONE IN THIS PHARMACY. RUDE INCOMPETENT PHARMACY!!!!

All I can say is you can't go wrong with walgreens. Having the membership is a big plus and the app is even better.
