Horrible service they always say they don’t get my prescriptions. Then say a time they will be ready and they are never ready! Waisting my time and gas to drive back and forth because they have horrible service!

Absolutely garbage tier customer service in the pharmacy. They are all blatantly rude to customers and seem pretty uneducated about their own jobs. Absolute disgrace of a pharmacy. Seeing the other reviews on here it doesn't appear the company itself actually cares. Just choose any other pharmacy than this place. I would take my drugs from a guy off the street before going here again. What a joke.

Worst Walgreens! You will be on the phone waiting on hold 40+ mins called multiple times throughout the day to get my prescription transferred out of there had to drive 2+ hrs to do it in person for them to tell me that my pharmacy has to do it I called my pharmacy and they said other wise! If you hate your job just say so!

NEVER order anything online for store pickup here! There was a delay in the order the first day I placed it. Understandable since it was the Christmastime. I was going to be in town on the 26th. I called said i would be there sometime in the afternoon. No problem the girl says.we have your order. I went in there and they couldn't find it then finally they found it but said oh someone canceled it just now. I also checked my bank in the morning and it showed I was charged for it. I told them well I already got charged for it. Long story short we went back and forth the" assistant manager" (Bullnose ring, ear plug,Totally unprofessional.) told me there's nothing that they can do. I would have to come in the morning and talk to the store manager. So.. I got charged and didn't get the goods which is theft. Of course I'm upset and as I turn my back one of the girls have to make a smart ass remark. Merry Christmas she says.. DO Not Shop HERE!!

It is the worse pharmacy ever! As an old Rite Aid customer, I expected the same service. I waited over an hour at the drive thru to be told it was not available. The first car waited 20 minutes.

Worst Walgreens! If you are sick and need you medication Be prepared to wait easily an hour been on hold for over 30min to ask a 5 second question. The staff is not even nice they are rude and don't care about your illness or how you are feeling! Never coming here again rite aid it is!

If I could give you guys zero stars I would. I was transferred over from Rite aid they told me I'm not even in the system? I transferred my prescriptions back to the Rite aid on Sanderson. It's easier and faster to drive the five miles there than to stand 45 minutes to an hour in line only to find out I'm not even in Walgreens system. How can a crummy company like that even stay in business?

If I could give a 0 star I would. Worst pharmacy ever. Never answer the phone and when they do they hangup on you. My doctor ordered my refills a week ago and it was never filled. Worst customer service ever. Need to get new staff that actually care about their customers. Never coming back.

Made an appointment for 930 AM for a COVID vaccine. They said to show up 15 minutes before appointment. Came at 915 AM. After waiting a while I was informed the pharmacy doesn't open until 1000 AM. When asked why they accepted appointments at 930 AM. They replied corporate something.They certainly don't mind wasting their customers time, and I doubt this problem will be fixed.

I absolutely hate Walgreens pharmacy I have never had so many issues with a pharmacy that I have had with this one. No one cares at that pharmacy they are downright slow, incompetent and 85% of the time out of stock of my prescriptions I have spoken to so many different people and they all say the same Thing it is just ridiculous there they can't keep staff they're closed on Sundays and I have been on hold numerous times for up to 45 minutes at a time and then they just *accidentally* hang up. If you do not have any other choice I understand but do not willingly go to Walgreens I unfortunately don't have a choice and have been with them from most 2 decades it's and every month I get angrier and angrier because because they just literally suck. I am old school and I believe customer service can make or break a company they don't even have that going for them.

Hold times are TERRIBLE!!! I waited for over 25 minutes (TWICE) only to be hung up on; Rite Aid what a dis service to your LONG TIME LOYAL customers! I have tried another Rite Aid only to be told Sorry Walgreen has your RX's (SOLD FOR PROFIT TO WALGREENS)

This store is the worst store ever. They leave you on hold forever. They do not fill your prescriptions on time and you have to go through stupid robotic call system that hangs up on you. Needs new management!!!

Worst pharmacy in the area. They lie about prescription not being available. They are rude, and slow. We were switched from Rite Aid from absolutely wonderful customer service to this total 360 degree of rudeness, lies and incompetence.

Worst experience with a pharmacy! My fiancé never had an issue with his prescriptions and NEVER had to pay out of pocket at rite aid. We witnessed such a sad situation the other day with an elderly lady going to pick up her prescriptions that are usually covered completely through rite aid and now are not due to Walgreens policy. If your going to take over rite aids patients you should make sure patients prescription coverage isn't affect and also hire more staff!!! We now have to deal with picking up his prescriptions through a money hungry business that doesn't care about their patients and being short staffed. It takes us over 45 mins to pick up prescriptions now and it is impossible to get ahold of someone over the phone. We will be transferring to another pharmacy and I'm sure we won't be the only ones.
