Okay here we are inside the bank, my son and I were sitting and waiting for a customer representative for him to open up an account. Here's the funny part the lady came up to us and said do you have an appointment? We looked around and there was no one else here. lol so he said no and she said we had to wait because other people had appointments (?) unless there were ghosts in line we were stunned. Every seat for representatives were empty no one was there I assumed they were at lunch. But this is the typical bank, last time I was here there were two people at the counter I guess the other people were on break. There's never a dull moment at this place.That's why I keep my money in my pocket it's a better account..

Helpful tellers and bankers. This bank is clean and runs efficiently. Sometimes things come up outside of their control but the employees always handle it well, to the best of their ability.

Very long line with only 4 window tellers on a Monday afternoon at 2pm. Not thrilled with the location, the inside of the bank is so run down looking, not welcoming feeling at all. Bank tellers (with the exception of 1) seem so pushy, and they are definitely not the friendliest. I'll be doing my banking out of town.

New Branch Manager is terrible. Slow long lines. Stadf couldn’t move slower if they triedAdding tj this complaint. Friday the 31st of March. 2 tellers. One bank manager standing around. With 8 windows closed. No merchant line. Ridiculous

I tried to give them my business but they absolutely refused. I am going to say that at this branch, they are "losers". they don't dare to look up and welcome you or show any interest in their clients to be. I wanted to open an "autograph" credit card so that I could take advantage of the $300 sign up bonus. I have a feeling that they really don't want to hand those cards out because the terms are lenient; they couldn't come up with a disclosure that I wanted to see before signing the contract. They also wanted documents going back 28 years because they wanted to review the relationship my husband (who is deceased) with Wells Fargo at the time.Since I didn't present those I needed an appointment. They refused to make that appointment for me even though I was in the bank at that time Don't think you can walk in and give them business because they don't give a rat,s a** and they couldn't care less. I was advised that credit unions (such as logix) have high standards and I will see if they will open the door for me.The employs that work in those cubicles are a detriment to this corporation which already has a super bad reputation and a documentary on Netflix to confirm this Their customer service stinks and the guys are all fat and ugly

Parents have had account here foreverwe stopped by to wire some money for close of escrow. Manager very rude told us that the only way they can do this is thru a 2-week appointment.Drove to banning and had it done out there with no wait from the branch manager. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

Why do this to your buisness customers. Why make us wait and permanently close the merchant line. I've been with Wells Fargo since 98 and it's been getting nothing but worse over time. Stop treating buisness owners like this and at least open the merchant line back up. Time is money and I can see you don't care much for ours.

Go open your business account somewhere else. The business line is almost never open and there's usually 10+ in line to see a teller. Sad that they are okay with wasting everyone's time to save on their payroll.

I have been a business customer with Wells for over 12 years and the customer service has been terrible as of lately. The teller windows have decreased with each visit, making my little 2 minute business deposit a 50 minute errand. Between the hot summer weather and the cold winter weather, I am disappointed in the waiting time outside, especially for the elderly population who bank with them. All other banks in the area have resumed their normal capacity and allowed customers to wait inside rather than have a line outside. Very disappointed with the treatment of WF customers at this branch.
