Walgreen's on Florida and SJ St is third world class. Busted glass and graffiti at the drive-up shows a lack of respect for customers. Garbage all around the bldg is an eyesore. No point in contacting mgmt again. They never take care of anything. Just excuses.

Another well deserved ONE STAR review. Many times the pharmacy is not open during posted business hours. If you take important medications this is not good. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but this Walgreens.

I picked up my daughter's prescription yesterday and was told specifically "No need to refrigerate." We didn't refrigerate her medication and opened it today and it is rancid. We called the pharmacy and they claimed they never said that. Not only that but the label was covering the directions so we have to peel it all off to try and figure out whether to refrigerate it or not. We asked for another refill since we were given the wrong directions. They said they wouldn't have done that and charged us to get the medication even though it was their mistake. Horrible one star experience. The worst part is we could have made our daughter more sick from a medication that went bad due to not refrigerating it!

I missed the Walgreens that I go to was still a 24 hour Walgreens. It is much needed in this community. It is greatly missed. The pharmacy is clean and they do a good job.

The ineptitude of this place is astounding. EVERY TIME I come to pick up prescriptions there's always a problem with getting the amounts correct. It's not difficult to look and see that the prescriptions are for 90 days not 30. And this happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Sanderson and Stetson store in Hemet. horrible customer service - these young people have no concern for seniors - extremely rude to me this morning as I was entering my debit card yelled at me to not put my phone number in. then proceeded to charge me for a bag when I was not wanting one because I wanted to carry my own Diet Coke and water out my self . she did not ask me if I wanted one - she was rudely telling me that they're reusable has nothing to do with her not asking first! not her dime! terrible attitude! manager should train these millennials better. I will not be going back this should be 1/2 star It's not the dime ! It's the principal of the thing not caring for customers experience.

SHITIEST pharmacy I've ever been to. And their customer service is pretty much non existent. Called to ask how long approximately it would take to fill the prescription and they couldn't give me an estimated time because they had multiple people ahead. What type of s*** is that? EVERY pharmacy gives you an estimated time they'll have a prescription ready whether it's 20min or over 4 hours they all say roughly what it'll be. I urgently needed my medicine for my one year old and they couldn't give me an estimated time, I wasn't telling them I need it now. Just simply trying to figure out what was a better option for me to leave it there or find another place. And some guy there probably middle eastern, was arguing with me because I was trying to get an estimate from him. I've NEVER been to a pharmacy where they don't give an estimated time. Just don't spend your time or money at this ridiculous pharmacy.

do not order on the walgreens app and have it shipped to this store apparently the night manager name D.J doesn't know how to help customers that need to pick up there pre paid merchandise. my husband went in to pick up something i been waiting for and it's been there since yesterday and this so called manager didn't even help him said he needed a ref number which is not true he could have looked up my husbands name and would have found it. so then i call and ask him why he couldn't look it up by the name and he hangs up on me... yea now i know why you guys have two stars! need some serious customer service training! i will be calling corporate thank

Probably one of the slowest pharmacies I've been to. It always takes about 20 minutes or longer to even be able to get to the window even when there is just one person in line. Update: This Walgreens never fails they are always so slow. Let me just waste a quarter of a tank while I wait to get my grandmothers prescriptions. This place sucks. Why have a drive through if you make people wait 30 minutes + and your still on the same car when I first got here.

The pharmacy is the worst I've ever had to deal with, last month after receiving my prescription from the head pharmacist John I went home to count my medication and it was one short. I called the pharmacy to see what could be done and I was called a liar! I contacted corporate over this matter just so I could have something on file about the incident. when I went back this month to get my prescription refilled John the head pharmacist again started calling me a liar for them shorting me on one of the pills. Asking me why I would even come back in there and do business with somebody who had stolen from me. I told him how I just want to move forward and that I forgive him for what has been done, he got belligerently rude with me started raising his voice almost yelling at me especially when I asked if he could just simply count the medication in front of me from here on out so there will be no issues. He then told me that I was not going to get my prescription filled on the day that I was there even though my bottle said I had picked my prescription up on the 25th he said that he refused to fill it untill the 27th. I don't care that's fine if he wants to make me wait that's okay but then he also entered something into the system slandering my name trying to make me out to be a drug seeker which is not the case. I have been getting my medication for almost 10 years now and I have never had an incident as bad as I did with this guy John. Everyone please be mindful and always have them count your medication in front of you at this pharmacy otherwise they may short you as well and then when you try to do something about it you'll be called a liar.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The pharmacy staff is ridiculously rude. They never advise of changes to our prescriptions, in the middle of a sentence they put you on hold to not hear from you anymore. I put in a prescription a week prior to surgery and after calling every day to see what the status was they didn't know "where it was" or "not in the system" when they all of a sudden found it the night before surgery. Horrible.

I used to love this Walgreen's. Lately all Rx's are mixed up or not refilled. The drive-up area is ghetto. Dirt & cobwebs all over the window, there's trash & a broken retainer wall. A manager named Christian said Corp doesn't allow the store to retain help to clean the exterior. Good answer. Time to get a new pharmacy.

I was trying to get a canvas picture made at the walgreens in valle vista they told me it would be ready in an hour went back in a little over an hour to find out no one had even started it I was asked to come back I agree cause accidents happen no problem I come back a second time to find out they didnt have what was even needed to make my order. Its now been over 2 hours when I had a promise time of 1 hour. They assistant manager says go to the Walgreens on the corner of San Jacinto st they will but will have to start completely over, but she has spoken to them and they are prepared to help me and give me a discount for the trouble. I get across town and they tell me they are sorry but they too do not have the supplies to do my order as well.I am now freaking out but an employee named George looked high n low found what they needed got right on it. My order came out awesome he was super understanding n helpful gave me a fat discount for all the trouble he was a lifesaver

The worst, most under-staffed pharmacy in Hemet. Just called to verify my husband's medication. Was on hold for 17 mins, a woman answered, asked the last name, then asked if she could put me on hold. 47 rings later the phone was lifted by someone at the store and hung up. ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY EVER! 1) No staff 2) No customer service 3) Highest prices 4) No coordination with their online information If negative 5 stars were possible, they'd get that.
