Horrible service. We were not greeted when we walked in and the cashier couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge us. She just sat at the cash register on her phone.We returned next door to Ashika shoes where we received amazing customer service along with great deals on boots.

My friend was looking for some shoes while were close by this store. I did not know this stored existed, apparently its been here for about 10 years. I dont come to Hemet Valley Mall, but I have been previously. They have a variety of items there, there is so much to pick from and prices are super cheap. The lady that was helping us was really patient and helpful. She prob took 10 pairs or so for my friend and I. She did not seemed bothered to help. I really appreciate that. we both ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes for a really good price. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Prices are cheap, brands you can find in a lot of other places but relatively cheaper. thank you for the outstanding experience.

The best shoe store ! Always has the best sandals and boots for such good prices. The employees are all extremely friendly and super helpful. I went in with Anissa and she was so patient with me while I looked for the perfect pair. She gave me tips and even reminded me about the special. So I had to get two pairs! Will be returning for more sandals this summer !

Great customer service every time I go in. Great selection of shoes and handbags all at great prices. I have been shopping here for over 10 years. I always enjoy going in when Anissa is working. She is so kind and helpful. She always has a smile on her face. She always makes sure I leave with a pair of shoes that I absolutely love. There is never a time when I leave empty handed. This is and will continue being my go to store!

The best shoe store!! They always have amazing shoes. ! The best sandals for summer. Boots for fall. Heels for all occasions. I always come here. Anissa helped me the last few times I have gone in and she is the best. Super helpful! Kind. Always smiling and making conversations! I feel like I'm shopping with a friend. She gives helpful tips and always gives her honest opinion which I love. Who wants to walk out with shoes looking too big or too small. I also had an exchange and she was so helpful with working me. I will always return to this store.

Every time I go to look for a trendy pair of heels I find what I want and they have great prices and sales. The employees are very helpful as well, Fatima helped me out with matching the perfect pair of heels for my outfit. Looking forward to my next purchase!
